Itinerary
Old Town
Pass by
The Old Town is not only the historical part of Warsaw. It must be remembered that until the end of the 18th century, Warsaw included only the Old Town, so called Old Warsaw. The New Town, formerly known as New Warsaw, was incorporated later. Previously, these were two separate cities, each of them had its own coat of arms. Old Warsaw Mermaid, New Warsaw Lady with a Unicorn. During our trip we will see, among others, the column of King Sigismund III Vasa in front of the Royal Castle, formerly the castle of Masovian dukes. From there, we will go to the Cathedral of St. John, where we will see the tombs of Masovian dukes. We will visit the Museum of Warsaw where we can admire the historic mermaid, saved from the Warsaw Uprising. We will go through the Barbican, which was the former fortification separating New and Old Warsaw. We will see the historic bell at the Kanonia square. Finally, we will see Chopin’s heart embedded in the Church of the Holly Cross.

Discovering Warsaw
Cesar was amazing. It was one of the best tours i've ever had. He showed me much more than Old Town. I have seen the palaces with beautiful gardens, statue of Copernicus and house of Marie Curie. We also had luck to see ceremony of changing the guard by the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. I highly recommend the tour with Cesar.

Wonderful wonderful tour! Choose Caesar as your Guide!
Caesar is an amazing tour guide and historian. He knows not only the history from the beginning of Warsaw to the present day but the history of all of Poland and how it integrates into the world at large. Caesar pointed out many important things that helped us understand Poland that we would have not noticed otherwise. In a few short hours I felt like I had gained an understanding of Poland. He is a great guide. We highly recommend!
Operator response
Thank You so much. Poland has long and interesting history. You can feel the spirit of the Old Times going to the crypts of Old Town cathedra or walking through the Royal Road to see church with Chopin heart or king Sobieski Palace in Wilanów. Also I learned more about USA and Old cities settled by Spaniards.

A very rich and thoughtfully designed tour through Warsaw’s Old Town and Krakowskie Przedmieście. It combines essential landmark
A very rich and thoughtfully designed tour through Warsaw’s Old Town and Krakowskie Przedmieście. It combines essential landmarks - the Royal Castle, St. John’s Cathedral, the Barbican, Kanonia and the Old Town Square - with atmospheric historical stories and local symbols. The route also extends naturally toward the Holy Cross Church, Warsaw University, the Presidential Palace and the Copernicus Monument, giving visitors a broader sense of Warsaw’s identity. An excellent choice for anyone who wants more than a standard walk: history, legends, architecture and memory in one compact experience.
Operator response
Thank You so much. Im really happy You enjoyed it. As You see Warsaw is full of monuments with so much history. Its also diverse with architecture from different periods.

Great Guide - Great Walk around a Lovely City
Cesar is a very nice guy and a terrific guide with an encyclopedic knowledge of Warsaw, the new and the old, reconstruction, the Uprising, the wars, etc. My wife and I had a terrific walk with him around the old and new towns (of course, even the new town is incredibly old). I highly recommend visiting Warsaw as it's clean, friendly and beautiful, and hiring Cesar to really understand the history of this amazing place
Operator response
