What a fantastic day! This excursion was one of the best values of our entire trip—we honestly would have paid double for everything that was included. The buggy was so much fun and surprisingly easy to drive. We traveled deep into the Cretan mountains, surrounded by beautiful scenery, and then made our way all the way down to the coast, where we had time to swim in the ocean. Being high in the mountains and later swimming in the sea made us feel like we experienced so many different sides of Crete in just one day. The entire excursion was fun, well organized, and filled with memorable experiences. We loved every minute and would do it again without hesitation. If you are visiting Crete and looking for something adventurous and different, do not miss this tour!

Malia Palace Archaeological Site
You will follow our experienced guide starting from our base to the archeological site, Minoa Palace, where you will be shown around (We will not go inside).
Milatos
we make a station for coffe if we have time and for nice photos
Milatos Cave
We continue by driving through the beautiful villages of Sissi, Epano Sissi and Milatos where we will visit the Milatos cave. The cave is large, measuring 2,100 square meters, with eight small and large entrances. It is 73 meters long, and its widest point is 63 meters. We will come across a little church built in 1935, and a memorial of those slaughtered by the Turks.
Neapolis
Our trip will continue to the village of Neapoli where we will visit Vasilakis olive factory and have a friendly olive tour in an award-winning Cretan olive press.
We make a stop to visit the old monastery, at 600 meters altitude, to see the flora and fauna of the mountains. We will come close to goats and sheep and get the chance to feed them. We will take photos of the oldest oak tree in Europe (800 years old).
The longest stop of the tour will be made at the village of Sissi where lunch will be served in traditional tavern.

Great body tour also with child
We had a great trip with our guide. We went to the mountains via dirt roads, and we even visited a cave and took a bath stop. My 11-year-old child was totally happy after the ride.

Was super fun driving through the scenic roads of Crete, can recommend this experience! Tour guide was also very knowledgeable and enjoyed the stops along the way, especially the olive oil experience!

Nice experience but too much bitumen.
Quad ride, we were 5 quads in all (top) , personal, family with 2 children 9 and 14 years old. Lots of roads and few paths... professional and friendly guides, 2x Dimitri... Quads are not easy to handle but they are powerful...welcome and regular breaks , visit of the nice monastery and an oil factory in French... summary meal, stop towards a pretty beach but the weather was not favorable for swimming in late April.
