Lance “like the cracker”
Booked with Byron! Lance was there ready for us by the time we got thru customs. Lance was the best driver! Snagged up some ice cold red stripes for the long drive! 10/10 book again!!!

Wild ride in a foreign country - not safe for your family
Viator was very responsive through email, which was great. Our flight time changed and it was very straightforward to communicate the changes. And the driver was waiting where the instructions said. All that is okay.
The problem was our driver was not sober and drove erratically the entire way to Ocho Rios. He drove over the center white line several times, speed oscillated between 30-100 km the entire ride, and cars were honking at us the entire trip. Do not recommend taking your family on this wild ride.
Operator response
Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent experience. We appreciate your kind words about our responsive communication, especially during your flight time changes. However, we are concerned to hear about your experience with the driver. After reviewing the driving record for the duration of your transport, we can confirm that the driver was operating within the speed limit. We understand that the driving conditions in Jamaica may differ from what you are accustomed to, and frequent horn honking is a common practice here. We do not condone any behavior that could be interpreted as unsafe, and we assure you that this does not reflect our standards. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we will continue to work towards improving our services. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Friendly & fantastic customer service
5 of us were picked up from Montego Bay airport to take the 2 hour journey to our hotel in Ocho Rios. We had the most fantastic driver - Jethro. Safe driving, friendly, caring. Jethro made the journey go so quickly with his friendly manner and conversation. Totally recommend this service

The Best transportation company in Jamaica
We have used Byron for our transportation to and from our vacation spot in Ocho Rios for many years now. We would not use anyone else.
Byron is always there for us.
His beautiful spirit comes through every time we talk to him.
His vans are always clean and his drivers are always there ready to help in any way. Even when we make non scheduled stops for Jerk Chicken along the way or those much needed bathroom breaks.
We want to thank Erik, Claud, Jethro and Cortney for exceptional service.
Thank you Byron. You are the best!!

Friendly and prompt Service
My travels to Jamaica, once or twice a year, use to involved hit-or-miss shuttle services to Richmond Estates until I discovered Byron's Tours. They have become my go-to for all transportation needs. The staff consistently exudes friendliness, making my hour-plus commute enjoyable with engaging conversation, music, or occasional stops for that first tasty Jamaican meal and a cool beverage. When my family travels to Jamaica without me, I trust Byron's Tours to ensure their comfort and safety. Highly recommended.

The Best Transportation Service
The best outstanding transportation service, always on time, get to the resort at a great time, personally my favorite driver Jefthor. Bryon also has outstanding communication about the update on my transportation. Bryon Transportation definitely deserves the Tripvisor rewards and believe that he has the best transportation in Jamaica. Thank Bryon and my driver Jefthor
