Really fun and and informative tour. Jac was so knowlegeable about the Sopranos and I learnt so much about the actors and locations. Bus was rather noisy at times but Jac did well to overcome the issue.
Thanks Vicki, glad you had a great time with Jacopo!
Jac was a superb guide, filling all the travel time with great stories of Sopranos folklore. Visiting New Jersey and seeing some of the sets we have viewed countless times on TV in-situ was a highlight of our most recent NYC tour. We got to eat onion rings in Holsten’s, pose by the muffler man and even use the toilet in Bada Bing - picturing the ‘sit down’ between Tony and Johnny Sack while having a pee made me chuckle. The only slight let down on the scorecard is the fact you can’t take photos in The Bing, although this is totally understandable considering it is still working Gentleman’s Club. If you want to get a real feel of the Soprano’s, this tour is for you!
Well worth doing if you’re a fan of the show and our guide John was extremely knowledgeable, sharing stories, facts and trivia along the way. Shame that a couple of the iconic landmarks are no longer there though. The only thing that slight negative was the van, which had seen better days, and lacking in suspension, which made the ride a little bumpy and drowned out our excellent guide at times!
The trip was perfect from beginning to end. John our guide was so knowledgeable & friendly. We were lucky to end up On a semi private tour which was amazing. Highlights definitely Bada Bing & Holstens! The onion rings at Holstens are a must try. The tour lasts about 4 hrs. My friend & I finished our day off with a late lunch in Little Italy at Da Nico’s.
I took the Sopranos location tour with Jacopo as a guide, and it was amazing. We toured a lot of locations, both outside and inside: the giant Muffler man, the former location of Satriale's, Pizza Land, La Pizza, Holsten's (where the final episode is set), and the legendary Bada Bing (real name: Satin Dolls). For any Soprano's fan, the tour is amazing and Jacopo is the best guide: he is well prepared and will let you know a lot of curiosities behind the series and its characters.
Thank you for the great review! We're so happy you appreciated all the fun spots and Jacopo's knowledge and enthusiasm.
Had a fantastic time exploring the sopranos world, it was surreal to see the sites and experience the drive from NYC to New Jersey I’ve seen Tony do a thousand times. Our guide John was brilliant - so enthusiastic and a real expert on all things sopranos. Thanks to our driver Jake too.
Nothing like seeing it all in real life! Thank you for sharing your great experience.
John our guide made the tour the absolute best with his knowledge and personality! also he knows hospitality! We enjoyed seeing so many locations on such a short time span.
It's wonderful to hear that you had a great time with John and appreciated all the fun spots we have on the tour, thank you!
Terrific tour of Soprano sites in New Jersey. Our guide, John, was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. We loved the lunch break at Holsten's and all of the photo ops on the tour.
Thank you for sharing that you had a great time on the Sopranos tour! It's a fan favorite and the guides definitely make it special.
This was an excellent tour to go on, I’ve been a big sopranos fan most of my life so could not go to New York without going, our guide JACOPO was very entertaining engaging & funny, he knows everything about the sopranos and likes to ask you trivia questions along the way which I was happy with as I got most correct, it was a bit surreal visiting these places I’ve watched for years, where satrials was, the bada bing now called (satin dolls) a few other sites & lots of stories along the way, with holstens near the end for something to eat & sit where tony did at end of series topped it off for me, 10/10 I’d urge any sopranos fan to do it, it’s a must especially with JACOPO as your guide, he’s a funny guy & great at his job 😀👌
So happy to hear you had a wonderful experience! Thank you for sharing!
Amazing trip. To visit so many of the iconic filming scenes was unforgettable
We are honored, thank you so much!
