If something was said or communicated in a way that made you feel uncomfortable, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address it directly during or immediately after the experience. It also sounds like the shared-tour format and certain rules or stops simply were not what you expected. That is exactly why we offer private experiences, where guests have more control over the itinerary and can have a more personalized experience. We also want to point out that our many other guest reviews provide a different perspective on the experience we provide. We respect that every guest may have a different opinion, but we do not believe it is fair to characterize the entire experience as unsafe or misleading based solely on your personal experience.
