Ninh Binh in Spanish

Our experience with El Vietnamita covers Ha Long, Sapa, and Ninh Binh. Ha Long is not worth it. The cruises offer you bus transportation from Hanoi. You do not need a travel operator for anything. You can book the cruise on your own and cheaper. Sapa was a disaster. They put you on a second-rate sleeper bus and you arrive in Sapa at 4 in the morning feeling as dizzy as if you had arrived in an army fighter jet, and you still have another long half-hour car ride to the dump of an eco lodge, which is a shack. They call it a courtesy room because the reality is that your room is not available until the next morning. The shower is also a courtesy one. The best part of Sapa, the two guides who accompanied us on the route and the surroundings, which are wonderful. The eco lodge (Café Lua) could be much better. In fact, the room they gave our guide in Sapa was what made us write to El Vietnamita to complain. The room was so miserable that the girl preferred to spend the night on the reception sofa. I don't know if that is an issue with the agency or the ecolodge but, certainly, they should ensure that their employees work in decent conditions. That includes transportation, which of course they upgraded for us to return from Sapa to Hanoi. Between Sapa and Ninh Binh they put you up in a hotel in Hanoi so crummy that they have refunded us 20 euros per person to compensate for the fact that we had expressly requested that the hotel be four stars and, certainly, it was not. In Ninh Binh, the car and the guide were okay, but the excursion is nothing to write home about either. Total: one thousand euros for two people for 4 nights (2 of them without sleeping) and 5 days of which 3 are with a guide. In Ha Long, you are served by a cruise waiter who only wants you to consume to pad the drink bill. By the way, on the cruise, you even pay separately for water. The only thing that surprised us positively was a hostel they book for you as a courtesy in Hanoi before leaving for Sapa which, without being anything special, allows you to take a shower and rest before undertaking that trip, and how wonderful our guides were.

We are very grateful for the attention we received and, especially, for the cake they gave my daughter for her 15th birthday. It was a lovely gesture that we will remember with great affection!

Spectacular family experience!!!!! We did two excursions, Halon Bay and Ninh Binh, with the agency El Vietnamita, and they organized everything very well, 10 out of 10. The best part, along with how incredible everything is in Vietnam, its people, landscapes, and culture, was our super guide Ana (Huong), a sweetheart, always attentive to us and explaining everything in an amazing and very educational way. We will definitely repeat it 100%.

Returning to dear my country, Argentina, I will comment on the extraordinary experience experienced with the visit to Vietnam and made concrete by the hand of "the Vietnamese". First, the organization of the trip through northern Vietnam because they knew how to interpret and advise the essential points to visit and second, the satisfactory way to do it. We started in Hanoi, amazing, then Mai Chau, Pu Luong, Tam Coc, Ninh Binh, the cruise and Halong Bay. All new to us, and more so to feel a culture different from the Western one, which is based on a thousand years of history. Also the choice of the Spanish-speaking guide, Loan, very cordial and knowledgeable enough to dispel the concerns that arise (particularly when I travel I like to observe apart geography, talk about the place I visit, people, their customs and beliefs, etc.). Another issue that is very important to me is the pick-ups and drop-offs to airports (and hotels). Always agreed to the scheduled schedule In short, "the Vietnamese", managed to make our stay in Vietnam indelible, managing to demystify some concepts linked to interested version and also, a very pleasant stay for the services provided. It has been 12 days touring Vietnam from north to south and it has been a great experience. The treatment by both the organizers and the different guides who have accompanied us has been great, we have felt very well treated, guided and welcomed. We've had private guides in Spanish, just for the two of us. Vietnam is a fascinating country from north to south, in its culture, gastronomy, history, and especially recent history, spectacular mega-cities, nature reserves... It's been a great trip!

This day trip to Ninh Binh is 100% recommended. The communication with the staff and the payment we made before arriving in Vietnam was easy and quick which gave me a lot of security. Before the day of the visit they made a Whatsapp group to specify the pickup time and resolve any questions we had. And already the day of the visit was perfect and super taken advantage of. The guide was very friendly and pleasant and we visited a lot of sites. Ninh Well worth it, it is beautiful, and getting to know you with this tour is very easy and comfortable.
