Great tour, but missing add-on
Sam was our guide, and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he took great care of everyone on the tour from the children to the elderly. My only complaint is not with him, but with the company. We booked the extended time and plush ghost, and he said the company has not provided him with the ghosts, even though he has asked several times. I need a refund for the $15 (I believe) I paid for the ghost, and the company should stop offering them if they're not going to get the supplies to the tour guides.

Informative and interesting
Only 3 of us inc tour guide. Bitterly cold so felt alittle rushed but very informative and interesting facts. Would have enjoyed more with a slightly bigger group but still nice to have that more secluded feel.
Operator response
Thank you for your honest feedback. We're glad you had fun on the tour, despite it being a more intimate group. We hope you're able to join us for another tour with US Ghost Adventures in the next city you visit!
