This was a nice experience on a nice cool day. We sat under the canopy up top and just had an enjoyable view as we listened to the captain give us some great sightseeing info about NOLA.
We went on a very rainy day. It was just the right amount of time to be on the ship. However, the upper deck could have been squeegee off. It was very wet and puddled.
Thank you for sailing with us. On rainy days our staff trys to keep up with the rainfall but we regret that sometimes we fall behind drying when boarding and general guest services.
Its 20 minutes past the leaving time. Still sitting at the dock. Not impressed. It might be great after we get going but who can tell?
Kimberly, we wish we knew your timing so we could see if the half hour boarding time had transpired. Sometimes the posting of boarding time and departure time can be confused. In any case we hope to hear that you enjoyed the cruise.
A relaxing experience while learning about landmarks along the river. Very friendly staff and great drinks.
Gary, we aim for a relaxing cruise with a unique view of the city and plenty of staff smiles.
It was neat, but it was for more of a fun thing to be in a riverboat/hear the history than anything else. Not really a far ride.
Katie, we appreciate your nice review. Next time we recommend the 2 hour cruise to sail much further down the river for more site and history.
Relaxing way to take in the sights of NOLA for a first time visitor. Excellent customer service from the crew. Price was great. Would recommend this tour.
Your recommendations are highly appreciated Leah!
Very nice leisurely tour on the Mississippi River Crescent of New Orleans from the Navy Air Station up to the Crescent CIty Connector Bridge. Money well spent.
Fabulous review and we hope you will visit us again and perhaps see more of the river at night.
Awesome adventure in NOLA!! Great time on Steamboat. Relaxing time had by all oof us..We would do it again if we visit again!
We hope you come back again and sail with us.
It was a pleasant cruise. The narrator was difficult to hear in volume and he was extremely soft spoken. There was really no interesting information given. Nothing learned. But a nice ride.
Thank you for sailing with us. We will share this with the narrator, a veteran of 50 years on this river.
