5 star. Excellent guide although I cannot pronounce his name. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took us to the highlights of Naxos that we would never have seen in our own. Highly recommend.

Description
Your company will take you on a tour of the most popular parts of the island and within a few hours you will have gotten to know our beautiful island! Our drivers and guides are locals and know every corner of the island as well as its great history! In this tour we will visit the temple of Dimitra which was built in 530 BC an old pottery in the village of Damala which still makes traditional pottery and then we will visit the three most beautiful and famous villages of Naxos! Halki which was the old center of Naxos, Filoti which is the largest village and Apeiranthos the traditional village made of stone and marble! **The Temple of Demeter is closed every Tuesday. You will visit the olive press in Kaloxilo to learn about traditional olive oil production methods and taste local olive oils.

Great Tour
We were two couples on this tour. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and learned so many things about Naxos. The driver/guide Marios was excellent, very knowledgeable and had a great personality. We loved visiting the mountain villages and learning the history of each one. By the end of the tour we felt as if Marios was part of our family.

This was a truly unforgettable tour! Our guide, Marios Kesoulis, was exceptional and easily the best guide we had during our entire trip to Greece. He was warm and friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about the island, and highly professional throughout the day. Our tour driver was from...
Our tour driver was from Naxos and extremely knowledgeable about the different areas that we went to and the history. He was very personable and answered all of our questions.

This is a good way to get...
This is a good way to get around the island and have a good meal, but the driver doesn’t give a tour of the ruins. That is self guided. We had a fun day with our guide, but didn’t learn very much.

Best Way to See Naxos
The best way to see Naxos! I did this tour with my parents and we all absolutely loved it. We had the best guide, who made the whole experience interesting, fun and memorable. We got to see so much of the island and learn a lot along the way. We’re very grateful for such a wonderful experience and couldn’t recommend it more!

Highly Recommend
This is a great way to see all of the parts of Naxos that make it unique. Our tour guide Mario was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and kind. His expertise allowed us to get the most out of the tour that we possibly could. If you are staying in Naxos, I highly recommend this tour.

Don’t book this tour if you are in Mykonos
My wife and I booked this tour 2 months before our stay in Mykonos. Searching for events in Mykonos on Viator, this tour appeared and it looked awesome. We booked it and entered our hotel in Mykonos for the pickup location. At 10:00pm the night before, we received a What’s App message saying that there is a problem with our reservation. The next morning, the tour company explained that they are in Naxos and do not provide transportation to Naxos. And yet our confirmation from Viator clearly shows a pickup from our Mykonos hotel. We are now fighting with Viator to get a refund…
