We got there before our time to meet and no one was there. We went in on our own and toured ourselves. Actually it was better on our own, I’m just out the money once again. Tours used to be so much better….you actually got a tour.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your booking, we would like to clarify that the option you selected was an entry ticket only and did not include a guided tour or meeting with a guide. This information is clearly stated in the product description before booking. We understand there may have been some confusion, and we regret any disappointment this caused. We're pleased to hear that you were still able to enjoy your visit by exploring at your own pace. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will continue working to make our product descriptions even clearer for future travelers. Thank you for choosing our service.
We visited Napoleon’s Tomb during our trip to the Musée de l’Armée and made it our first stop after the museum opened at 10:00 a.m. We had purchased our tickets online beforehand, making entry through security quick and easy. Since we were visiting in July, starting here before the day warmed up was a great decision. Walking into the Dôme des Invalides is breathtaking. The sheer size of the dome and the beauty of the interior are impressive, and seeing Napoleon’s massive tomb in the center is something that photos simply can’t capture. The site also honors other important figures in French military history, including Marshal Ferdinand Foch, whose memorial is located nearby. Be sure to walk downstairs after viewing the tomb from above. The lower level gives you a much closer perspective of Napoleon’s sarcophagus and includes exhibits explaining the history and significance of the monument. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and we found the visit to be well worth the admission price. Regular tickets were €17, with discounted options available, and active military members can receive free admission. Whether you’re a history enthusiast or simply appreciating one of Paris’s most iconic landmarks, Napoleon’s Tomb is an unforgettable experience.
Perfect for history buffs. My family really enjoyed seeing the magnificent tomb of Napoleon and looking at the history of the army on their own. We spend as much or as little time as we wanted at each place. If you go in the summer, make sure to bring a personal fan, there was no air conditioning in the buildings.
Tickets didn’t work and they refused to let us in. Very rude and upsetting
We are very sorry to hear about your experience. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand how upsetting it must have been to be refused entry. Please contact our customer support team with your booking reference and any details provided by the venue so that we can investigate this matter urgently and assist you with an appropriate resolution. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
It was unclear that this is not a guided door it is just a skip the line ticket. I spent 20 minutes asking about where the guide was only to be told there was none. You just get an audio guide like everybody else. But there was no line
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry for the confusion regarding the guide. Your booking was for an entry ticket only and did not include a live guided tour. The audio guide available at the attraction is separate from a personal guide. We understand that this may not have been clear enough before your visit, and we will review the product information to make the ticket type more obvious. We are glad there was no queue when you arrived, although we understand that the time spent looking for a guide affected your experience. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
A beautiful and majestic place, the wonderful architecture The army museum is also very good was having an exhibition of the 1 and 2 World Wars a rich exhibition of information and perfect I loved
We made it to the tomb and Army Museum and the entry gates were closed. We arrived promptly at 3 pm (the time of our tickets), and found several other groups waiting/wondering why nobody could get in. With no explanation from Viator or anybody at the site, we were upset to miss out on an experience we were all looking forward to. We understand that with the intense weather in Europe right now things are subject to change for the safety of all, but some form of explanation would’ve been nice so we could adjust our scheduling!
We’re very sorry that the gates were closed and no explanation was provided. We understand how disappointing it was to miss an experience you had planned for. Thank you for your feedback we’ll work to ensure schedule changes are communicated more clearly.
The museum is very nice but the WWI & II section seemed a bit disjointed, esp with the construction. Having to show your tix for every section was a little different as well.
Dear Sir Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to know you found the museum very nice and enjoyed the overall visit. Regarding the World War I and II section, some areas may occasionally be affected by ongoing maintenance, renovation work, or updated exhibition arrangements by the venue, which can temporarily impact the flow of the experience. As for ticket checks in different sections, this is part of the museum’s internal access and security procedures to manage visitor movement and ensure smooth operations. These policies are controlled directly by the venue. We appreciate the valuable feedback and thank you for your understanding.
After calling and texting multiple times, I could not find the tour guide nor were there any instructions. This was a complete scam! Do not order from this tour!

We take this matter seriously and are ready to investigate further. Kindly share more details so we can check internally and assist accordingly. Kind Regards Dream Fly Tourism LLC
Purchased tickets on line but never received tickets that were usable at the museum. The ticket office required tickets with bar code. Tried calling two phone numbers in emailed receipt from Viator but never answered the phone. Also didn’t response to What’s App message. Lost my money since we had to purchase new tickets at the ticket office ( at nearly 1/2 cost of purchasing thru Viator)
Dear Guest, We are really sorry for all the inconvenience caused and for the experience you had. Please note that your tickets were shared with you in the Viator chat with the barcode required for entry. We also tried to contact you on WhatsApp to assist you and make sure you received the tickets on time. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response at that time. We truly regret the confusion and inconvenience caused during your visit. Your feedback is very important to us and we sincerely apologize for the situation. Kind regards.
