Elisa welcomed my husband and I into her home for a private class and was a lovely host and teacher. We learned to make four different kinds of delicious pizza as well as an authentic and deceptively simple tiramisu. We enjoyed Elisa's hospitality for almost three hours, and then she was kind enough to drive us to the nearest train station.
What a lovely thing to do - Elisa was just sooo kind. Patient. Sooo happy to share her experience and teach myself and my daughter. Sooo accommodating. Couldn't have been better. A real treat! Thank you.
A lovely morning with Anna making some great food under her expert instruction. Anna made us feel very comfortable and at ease and was very happy to hear we were celebrating part of our anniversario di matrimonio with her! Sitting down and sharing the fruits of our labours with Anna and her mother was a wonderful way to round out the time, and we would recommend it to anyone wanting to know more about Neapolitan food and social history.
