- You can enter the museum anytime from 9:30 AM to 5 PM. The museum is closed on Tuesdays
- The Audio tour is to be accessed via separate mobile app.
- Our works travel and presently the works of Paul Cézanne (1839-1906) and Auguste Renoir (1841–1919) preserved at the Musée de l'Orangerie are travelling to Japan for exhibition until January 2026. So please note that these will not be available for display at Musée de l'Orangerie during this period.
- The permanent collections will be exceptionally closed on February 11, 12, and 13, 2026, on these three dates for access to the Claude Monet's Water Lilies only.

The fine print!! Bring your own headsets. Audio included does NOT mean you get the audio at the museum. You must get it from a download Viator supplies. So do NOT pay extra for this if you don’t have your headphones. The Viator operator says too bad- you didn’t read beforehand. Beware. I will not be using Viator anymore.

Terrible, we didn't understand the tickets the site sent us, the price is really too expensive compared to the museum.
Smooth entrance. It was super to walk right in past the lineup. Considering how me missed another attraction because of lines, it was well worth the foresight to get this voucher/ticket. Great service from this company. Highly recommended.

Our favorites were Monet’s Water Lily paintings.and the giant colorful abstract downstairs. Absolutely glorious gorgeous and awe inspiring. Totally stunning. 💕 10/10 My fav museum in the world

Booked a timed entry entry ticket through Viator but the staff at L’Orangerie said that the timed entry was not valid and we had to queue in a long line to get in. I’m not really sure what happened since we had two tickets each - one with the price and the other with the entry time. We were at least able to get into the museum with the tickets and didn’t have to wait long because we arrived at 9am and the line wasn’t very long. Much better option would be to book directly through the museum website.

Expensive ticket, which does not allow priority entry, I was not able to get the audio guide promised during the reservation

We bought our “any time” tickets online as we approached the museum entry line on a Saturday morning. We waited in the queue about 30-40 minutes before we entered the museum. Was not long at all.
