Hello, Yesterday morning, Tuesday 07/21/2026, I booked my 2 tickets for access to the Musée d'Orsay in Paris via your site. From that moment on, I no longer had access to my emails. What happened??? The sum of €67.68 was debited immediately from my account. I was unable to present my tickets at the museum entrance. I had to buy new tickets. Distraught, I would like a commercial gesture from you. Such a beautiful museum. The old train station is to perfect place to showcase all the beautiful paintings and statues. We personally jumped to the 5th floor and worked our way down. Stunning… easily maneuvering the wings and floors… a must see!
