It was good and the landmarks were spot on. I liked the characters voices and assistance was great. A murderer is in St. John's
Thanks for the fantastic 5‑star review! Great to hear you enjoyed the St. John’s Detective Experience and that the landmarks and character voices hit the mark. Glad the in‑app assistance helped along the way, too. Thanks for helping to keep St. John’s safe for now. Thanks again for playing!
Great experience. Little more organized, character bios could have been on same page as when they were introduced, could’ve been more references to local areas such as characters in Newfie accents etc.
It was a pleasure having you on the case! We’re so glad you had a great experience. We appreciate the tip on the character bios; we’re working on making those more seamless for future detectives. Love the suggestion for more local 'Newfie' flair, too—we’ll definitely look into adding that!
We had an excellent time solving the murder mystery. It was something different to do as a couple and we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend the driving map.
We’re so glad you both enjoyed the mystery in St. John’s! We're thrilled to hear it made for a fun, different experience as a couple. Thanks for recommending the driving map - it’s a great way to explore the city together!
The whole experience was very good. Unfortunately I didn't have internet access during the investigation so the AR wasn't available, but not necessary. There were some minor issues, one question at the arena is out of date as that team no longer plays here, as well the coffee shop has been removed from another question. Enjoyed my experience and would recommend.
Thanks for taking the time to leave this great review of the St. Johns Motive for Murder experience! We are constantly reviewing maps to address the many changes that take place in the cities, so thank-you for bringing these ones to our attention. We're thrilled that you found the game to be a great solo experience that you would recommend!
Unfortunately we didn’t even finish this it took us to random buildings that were not even sights to see and crisscrossed us back and forth wasting time. I was hoping to experience the town and have some fun with this but in the end it was just frustrating. Didn’t even connect automatics to locations and tell you where to turn and if you went into the map to make sure you were in the right way story part stopped and then started all over again. Waste of money
We're sorry to learn the game didn't seem to work properly for you Tammy. Thank-you for bring this to our attention. Although there is a map to show you where to go, it does not give you step by step directions to get there. You would need to use Google maps for that, as we discuss in the game tutorials. We appreciate the review and will see what we can do to ensure the locations allow players the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful views in St. Johns!
