We don’t feel it was worth the price we paid. The guide spoke very quickly, and often while turned away from the group, which made it difficult to understand what he was saying.

First off, our guide Tatiana was incredible. She walked us through the history, culture, and food of Bavaria, offering just the right amount of information as to be interesting and contextually significant without overloading us with information. There was more food than we could even eat. I was less happy with the tour company, though. I had booked a tour the day prior that was canceled due to the guide being sick. I was offered a replacement tour the week following, but was only in Munich for the two days so asked if they had anything the following day (a Friday). I was told they didn’t - but then I booked this tour through a separate platform (TripAdvisor) not realizing it was the same company. So I was a little disheartened by the dishonesty. The listed meetup location was also inaccurate.

We do understand how the availability you encountered across different booking platforms could have been confusing. Availability shown through third-party platforms is not always updated in real time, and there can sometimes be a delay on their end before changes are reflected.
