Mt Rinjani Trekking 2 Days 1 Night Summit

Our experience was incredible from beginning to end. From before starting the hike, everything was very well organized and the team was very attentive and kind. The campsite was very comfortable and the meals were very well served and delicious. Everything was prepared with great care, which made the experience even more pleasant. The best part, without a doubt, was the incredible views from the volcano summit and being able to watch the sunrise from there. It was an unforgettable moment and definitely one of the most special experiences of our trip. Many thanks to the whole team for making this adventure so special. An experience I totally recommend!

What a great experience! 🤩 The organization is top-notch. A hotel night in Senaru with dinner and breakfast. Our guide Edhi came to pick us up, then we boarded the van for a 45-minute drive to go to Sembalum. A mandatory stop to register at the Rinjani park office and meeting at the starting point. 11 hours to reach the summit and 16 hours in total for the round trip... with breaks for good, varied meals and breaks with fresh fruit. Once we arrived at the summit, all of it was well worth it. An absolutely magical sunrise, with a breathtaking view of Lombok. 🌅✨ An intense, grueling, but above all unforgettable adventure. We had a wonderful private 2D1N Rinjani summit tour. Everything was excellent, starting with the simple and super fast communication via WhatsApp, the transparent prices without hidden costs, the entire organization including pickup, accommodation, briefing, and transfer, and especially the delicious food. We had Edi as an experienced guide with very good English, in whose hands we felt very comfortable and safe at all times. A big shoutout to our two porters who brought food, water, tents, and other equipment to the camp located at 2600 meters high and took care of our well-being. The food was super delicious and the service was top-notch. We were initially unsure whether we could physically manage the challenging trekking tour. Anyone who is similarly uncertain should take Edy as a guide. He chooses the easiest path, knows what it takes to get someone up the mountain, and supports with cookies, bars, and soft drinks to ensure sufficient energy is provided. Since waste is a major problem on Rinjani, it was remarkable that all non-biodegradable waste generated was taken back down to the valley. As a small surprise, we were allowed to plant a small Banyan tree at POS 2 after lunch to make a small contribution to environmental protection. Due to the relatively high number of people wanting to climb Rinjani, the camps are certainly not for everyone and are more suitable as a means to an end. Anyone expecting a glamping vacation will not find that with any provider. All in all, we were very happy with the decision and would definitely recommend it.

The meals were delicious, and the service was outstanding. Before the trip, we were unsure whether we would be physically capable of completing such a demanding trek. If you have similar concerns, ask for Edi as your guide. He knows how to choose the easiest possible route, understands exactly what it takes to get people safely to the summit, and keeps everyone motivated and energized with cookies, snacks, and soft drinks along the way. Since litter is a significant issue on Mount Rinjani, we were impressed that every piece of non-biodegradable waste generated during the tour was carried back down the mountain. As a pleasant surprise, we were also invited to plant a small banyan tree at Pos 2 after lunch, allowing us to make a small contribution to environmental conservation. Given the large number of people who want to climb Rinjani, the campsites are not for everyone and should be seen more as a practical necessity than a luxury experience. Anyone expecting a glamping holiday will not find that with any operator on the mountain. Overall, we were extremely happy with our decision, and we would highly recommend this tour to anyone considering a Rinjani summit trek.

The hike was brilliant, everything was well planned from the moment we arrived at the briefing. Our guide Hadie was superb, easy to get along with, enjoyed the conversation with him throughout the entire hike. The pacing was fine. Food was great as well, chefs and porters did an amazing job. The ascend to the summit was lovely. My boots were giving me blisters, so Hadie swapped his shoe for mine & even lent me his slippers. Amazing work on his end, which allowed me to reach the summit.

Thank you to our Guide Moon and his team on the way to carry me, help me to lighten my body, prepare me for food supplementary physical strength, it is when I eat for me to guard me from monkey interference, it is when I fall back and forth and stretch my hand to lift me. Moon and his team made this tough two-day, one-night trip to the top not so difficult, but they must not! The owner also gave us two of their company's T-shirts as souvenir, with Rijana route map on it, too cool!

We were accompanied by Hadi and Ilham. They listened to us, at our pace, always with a smile. We ate very well. I recommend this excursion.

We had such a great tour with our guide and porters. We were pretty lucky to get a clear weather and amazing views of rinjani and the crater. The tour was super well organized, the guide and everyone was really friendly, helpful and supportive and we really enjoyed our 2 days advenure either Edi! Thanks again for everything! Mount Rinjani with HaLoMi Trekker was a great experience! The transport, briefing, hike, guide and porters were all top arranged. Juki our guide is a hero! With the hike up he had stories about the mountain, he listened nicely to what pace or break you wanted and it actually felt like you were doing the hike with a friend. Because of Juki we also reached the top well before sunrise! With the hike down we had to deal with injuries, the guide and the porters were also very patient and thinking along how we could get down well. Absolutely recommended and do not underestimate the hike, but with the music of Juki you will get there. No smoke no engine!
