You’ll spend three days and two nights for mount Rinjani trekking Starting from sembaln village to crater rim sembalun, summit, lake , hot spring, senaru crater rim and will end in senaru village, or you can end in torean village, the solution if on the second day you can't stay at Crater rim Senaru you can stay at the lake and go down via the torean route. In addition to the summit you will also be visiting and bathing in the lake and hot spring. You will also be camping in the second crater which landscape is incredible and we make sure it is amazing for you, and you will descend the tropical rainforest as the last day of the Rinjani Mountain adventure of course this is very impressive because you can already conquer the second highest mountain in Indonesia, and you capture your moment by taking pictures.

The trekking was great, the mountain has a lot of diversity and the summit is very challenging. Rinjani Hero made it easy arranging the pick ups and insurance needed. Porter and Jordi as a guide were amazing and helped me through all the challenges.
We had an amazing tour with Irsyed! We booked via WhatsApp and had good quick communication, which was great! Everything about the tour was really well organized, we had Irsyed as our guide and he was really great! He motivated us, taught us a great deal. Found great sites to stop at and really enjoy the beautiful scenery. Thank you guys! We think the 3D2N via Sembalun-Torean was also the best route! Challenging but very beautiful!
Amazing experience. We were picked up with no issues from a remote part of lombok and taken to a nice private bungalow included in the price the day before the hike. I would recommend to take the Torean route down the mountain as it is slightly easier and more scenic. Our guide Nas was the best, he explained everything well and was very supportive. Our porters Suryana and Edi were amazing, they carried everything up and down the mountain, cooked food, set up camp and made a great campfire for the cold night. Alot of respect for them. The team cook so much food for you and will accommodate any food allergies or things you dislike. The food is great and portions are big so you will never be hungry.
We had an incredible experience climbing Mount Rinjani, and a huge thank you to our guide Nas, who helped us all the way to the summit. He was so supportive, patient and helpful throughout the entire hike, always making sure we were okay and giving us encouragement when we needed it most. A special honourable mention to our amazing porters, Edi and Suryana, who worked incredibly hard throughout the entire trek. They carried all of our food and equipment, cooked every meal for us, which was amazing and they accommodated for my food allergies and preferences very well!!! They even built us a lovely campfire at camp, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of hiking in the cold. We’re so grateful to Nas, Edi and Suryana for making such a challenging experience so memorable. They worked incredibly hard and were all so kind, helpful and professional. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better team.
Trekking mount Rinjani with Rinjani hero was an incredible experience! They gave us all private transport even though we were arriving separately. The guides were incredible, so friendly kind and humorous keeping everyone’s spirits up and helping us to stay safe. The porters were incredible, carrying so much weight but still arriving to camp before us to get camping gear and food set up. The level of care given by the team at Rinjani hero makes it possible for anyone to enjoy the spectacular experience of mount rinjani!

A one of a kind adventure, testing both physical and mental fortitude. Day one of the hike started off well, but due to my lack of training i started experiencing cramps. My guide Irshaad quickly came to the rescue with stretches and massages to help release the cramps,allowing me to continue on hiking to the crater rim campsite. Along the way, we stopped to take breaks while enjoying the wonderful views of the rolling hills of lush greenery paired with large ridges of jagged rock and hardened lava. Once we reached the campsite, our tents were already set up and we were greeted by the view of a 1qhuge lake below the campsite, making the 5 hour hike up extremely worth the effort. At about 6pm, hot dinner was served which warmed us up as the temperature started to drop as the sun began to set. The tent was set up with pillows, a mattress and thick sleeping bags ensuring a comfortable rest before the summit push the next morning. At 2am, we set off for the summit equipped with our hiking poles and headlamps. The climb was grueling, most of the route being steep gravel slopes, losing my footing as i tried to ascend the mountain. Along the way i nearly gave up, but Irshaad was there every step of the way encouraging me with snacks and water to fuel my ascent. After 5 long hours, i finally made it to the peak and it was absolutely amazing! After spending 30 minutes appreciating the views for the summits, we began our descent. This was harder for me due to my bad knees and fatigue from the climb but appreciating the views on the way down made up for the pain my legs were in. After getting back to camp, we opted to forgo the hike to the lake and hotsprings as I was too exhausted to make that hike, the guide and the porters were very accomodating, prepping for us to stay another night at the crater rim instead. On day 3, we started our descent and reached the bottom after 3-4 hours while having lunch along the way at Pos 2. Throughout this 3D2N trip, our guide Irshaad, our ABANG, was the real MVP. He was very informative during the hike pointing out geographical features of the mountain, while also ensuring our safety and wellbeing. He was well equipped and ready to handle every situation, including my cramps and also fueled us with cookies and chocolate bars to ensure we had energy to complete the hike. He was extremely friendly and approachable and spoke great english, teaching us some indonesian words along the way as well. He laughed with us and at us as he watched our shenanigans on the mountain, making him feel like family as we hiked. I would highly recommend him for any group who wants to hike this mountain in future, im sure he will give you the best experience possible!!
It was an extremely fun experience, especially for a first time mountain climber. Our guide Irshaad was patient and friendly in guiding us up to the summit and ensuring that our welfare is well taken care of. The entire Rinjani Hero team and porters were helpful in taking care of us too. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for an enjoyable Rinjani experience!
