Join us for a day filled with adventure, natural beauty, and cultural immersion as you explore the highlights of Hakone and savor the spectacular views of Mount Fuji. 7:30am depart from the first meeting point : Under the BEAMS sign at the Shin-Marunouchi Building in front of JR Tokyo Station. 8:00am depart from the 2th meeting point: Tokyo Mode Gakuen. ▼Hakone Shrine and Lake Ashi Torii Begin your journey at Hakone Shrine, nestled by the tranquil Lake Ashi. Here, you’ll see the iconic red torii gate rising from the water, a sight that’s both beautiful and steeped in history. Established in 757 AD, this ancient shrine offers a serene setting and a glimpse into the region's spiritual heritage.
Hakone Pirate Ship Cruise (self-paid) Set sail across Lake Ashi aboard the Hakone Pirate Ship. As you cruise, take in panoramic views of the lake, the majestic torii gate, and Mount Fuji. This unique experience allows you to fully appreciate Hakone's natural splendor. (Please note that the ticket for the cruise is not included.it is around 12USD). If you don't take the boat, you can also choose to take our tour bus to the next attraction.
Lake Ashi is a beautiful volcanic lake in Hakone, famous for its stunning views of Mt. Fuji and surrounding mountains. Visitors can enjoy a relaxing cruise on the lake while taking in the peaceful scenery and iconic Hakone landmarks.
Hakone Ropeway Hop on the Hakone Ropeway and be amazed by the stunning vistas of the volcanic Owakudani valley and Mount Fuji. The ride provides a thrilling perspective of the active volcanic landscape and the towering mountain.
Owakudani Valley Explore Owakudani, famous for its hot springs and the distinctive "black eggs" boiled in sulfuric waters. The dramatic volcanic scenery and steaming vents offer a fascinating view into nature's raw power.
Yamanakako Swan Lake Visit Yamanakako, also known as Swan Lake, part of the Five Lakes of Mount Fuji. This picturesque spot is perfect for capturing photos of graceful swans with Mount Fuji in the background, providing a peaceful and scenic experience.
Oshino Hakkai Conclude your trip at Oshino Hakkai, a quaint village featuring eight crystal-clear ponds fed by Mount Fuji’s snowmelt. The reflections of the majestic mountain in these ponds create iconic photo opportunities. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the village and soak in the serene and picturesque setting. We will start heading back to Tokyo at around 4:00 PM. The arrival time may be earlier or later depending on traffic, weather, and other conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

- 3.Weekend and holiday traffic in Japan may delay the return time past 8 p.m. Our company will cover any overtime fees for the guide and driver. we kindly recommend not scheduling any activities or transport afterward to avoid losses. Please note that visit times at attractions may also be shortened， adjusted or canceled due to the same reason, We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience.

Erick was amazing! He answered all of our questions and was very accommodating when choosing our meeting location. The tour was very pleasant and energetic. James is the GOAT, I came for fuji but I stayed for James. I hope both sides of his pillow will be cold and that he never hits a red light
If you can, book your excursion with James. James was very good and made a huge difference in how the excursion went. James knew how to be the first at getting tickets for the boat and the cable car, which saved time and allowed for a better experience. James has a lot of knowledge and he was very pleasant as well. He made us laugh and made the excursion fun because of his personality. The places we saw were magical and unbelievably beautiful. You get to experience a lot of Japan in a very efficient excursion in a big part thanks to James.
Great experience! Erik had the enthusiasm to make the tour fun and the communication when it came to setting timetables and giving the interesting history at each of our stops. Being from America and not having the knowledge of all these areas around Mr.Fuji, this booking was the best value. Between the transportation, food stop, and knowledge given by the tour guide this is the way to go rather than trying to over-plan yourself!
