Please note that we do not operate the tour on Saturdays and busy days to avoid extreme traffic, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The first stop is the highest accessible point of Mt. Fuji. Following a delightful Japanese lunch, visiting the famous view point of Mt. Fuji, indulge in a sky gondola ride and a tranquil lake cruise. Consider trying the famous black eggs at Owakudani, believed to add seven years to your life. At last, you will experience the Bullet Train. Itinerary
Our first destination is Mt. Fuji, the highest and most iconic mountain in Japan. Our goal is to reach the highest accessible point on the mountain. From late spring to late fall, we typically visit the 5th Station, located at an elevation of 2,300 meters above sea level, where you can enjoy magnificent views of Mt. Fuji. From late November to mid-May, however, the 5th Station is closed due to snow. In that case, we visit one of the following alternative spots: the Mt. Fuji World Heritage Center, or the 1st, 2nd, or 4th Station.
You are going to experience a unique and delectable Japanese-style lunch at a restaurant in Gotemba City. A vegetarian option is also available.
After enjoying lunch, we will make a short stop at a hidden local viewing spot of Mt. Fuji called Gotemba Heiwa Park (Peace Park). The park features many unique structures and monuments, as well as beautiful cherry trees. If you are lucky enough to visit during cherry blossom season, you will be amazed by breathtaking views of pink blossoms set against the backdrop of Mt. Fuji.
Owakudani literally means "Great Boiling Valley," and it is a renowned volcanic valley known for its sulfur vents and black eggs, which are eggs cooked in hot spring water.
After enjoying our lunch, we will visit Hakone, one of the most famous hot spring resorts in Japan. Our first activity in Hakone is a scenic sky gondola ride. It is a one-way cable car ride that takes us to Owakudani Valley.
Our final activity is a lake cruise on a stunning pirate ship! Let's enjoy a 30-minute boat ride that provides beautiful views of Lake Ashi, the iconic Torii Gate, surrounding mountains, and, of course, Mt. Fuji!
Our last stop is Odawara Station. Passengers taking a bus back to Tokyo will have a 10-minute break at the station. Passengers opting for the Bullet Train, or those with a Japan Rail Pass, will board the Bullet Train at the station. Your tour guide will provide information on how to return to your hotel after disembarking from the Bullet Train at Tokyo Station.
The bullet train ride from Odawara Station to Tokyo Station takes approximately 35 minutes, and you will arrive at Tokyo Station between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. The tour ends at Tokyo Station. If you need any assistance, your guide will be happy to help you with directions for local trains or subways, or point out the nearest taxi stand.

- Remaining time will be allotted for pick up and travel time in between the attractions .
- The schedule, including tour completion time, visiting hours, and other details, might change due to heavy traffic, weather conditions, or other operational reasons. In such cases, the tours won't be canceled, and there won't be a refund for the tour fare.
- The Hakone Sky Gondola, Owakudani Valley, or Boat Cruise on Lake Ashi may be excluded or substituted due to weather conditions, heavy traffic, restricted entry, or other operational reasons. In such situations, your tour guide will take you to one or two alternative sightseeing spots, like Peace Park in Gotemba, Hakone Shrine, Hakone Geo Museum, Hakone Komagatake Ropeway, Mt. Komagatake, Hakone Ashinoko Boat Cruise, Narukawa Museum, a boat cruise on Lake Kawaguchi, or Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway.
- If the road to Mt. Fuji 5th station is closed due to snow or other reasons, heavy traffic is expected, or if the tour is running behind schedule, we will drive to the highest accessible point. Please be aware that even under these circumstances, the tours may not be canceled, and the tour fare shall not be refunded.
- If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide any special meals. In such cases, we kindly ask you to choose the tour option without lunch.
- If participants who disembark at Odawara Station after the tour encounter delays and are unable to catch their scheduled train due to heavy traffic or operational reasons, refunds will not be provided. Instead, please take non-reserved seats on the subsequent train.
- We suggest bringing warm clothing and rain gear, including a raincoat and an umbrella, for your visit.
- Children up to 5 years old can join the tour for free. However, please be aware that bus seats and lunch will not be provided at no cost. If bus seats or lunch are required for a child, the applicable child fare will be charged.
- Guests with the following health problems should avoid outdoor activities at Owakudani Valley: Allergic asthma, bronchial disorders, respiratory complaints, heart complaints, and individuals using heart pacemaker equipment.
- A taxi may be utilized for pick-up service. Due to operational reasons, a guide may not accompany you during pick-up service. Pick-up services at each hotel are available when the reservation is made more than one hour before the scheduled pick-up time.

The highlight of this day trip was our incredible Tour guide Ms Kyoko, a bundle of high energy. At an age when people would happily retire, what a hyper-active personality sharing thoughts, reeling facts, mathematics….oh what a treasure of knowledge. She also made us do a little origami exercise to build Mt Fuji reminding us of early school days. Mobilising everyone back to bus at every spot she taught us all what punctuality means. The final leg of Bullet train back to Tokyo was so neatly coordinated including how to change over to Metro or Taxi. She said she wanted to keep her acquired skill of English speaking intact, that’s one of the reason she does the guide role. A great inspiration and role model whom all of us salute. Misha the tour guide and the driver (bus number 555) were outstanding! Misha is very professional and shares her knowledge with grace and politeness. All the stops were fun and exciting and Misha made sure we are always on time. I think the Gondola ride could have been a bit longer. I would highly recommend it! It was excellent!

I like the idea of picking us up from the hotel that is very convenient. Even though my hotel was not part of the 28 hotels listed, I was still able to find a hotel very close by. The tour guide IZZY was phenomenal, great sense of humour, I learnt a lot on the bus. For example Japanese greetings, how to count from 1-9 in Japanese, and the Japanese characters, very intuitive explanation by IZZY. Also the Japanese gestures and their various meanings. And my favourite part the Mount Fuji song 🤩. Truly IZZY made it easy. I will definitely love to do this again. The sites were great, maybe not the best time to go there, since there is a lot of steam coming out of the mountains, obstructing visibility. But overall it was very good experience. I will love to join this tour different time of the year, with less rain and steam, with probably better visibility of the mountains. Anyways, I still had a wonderful experience. Took beautiful pictures and videos. Great memories, … etc. And finally thank you very much IZZY keep up the wonderful work.
