After you will head to Mount Vesuvius from Naples where our driver will talk to you about the great civilization of Naples from the beginning until now, and we will talk about an active volcano that is located just a few kilometers from Pompeii. From the entrance of the park, will take you to the higher altitude parking area. From the top, you will witness stunning views of the surrounding landscape, including the Bay of Naples and the Sorrentine Peninsula. Great half day tour of Vesuvius.
Dodi (pronounced “duty”) was great and earned all the accolades of previous reviewers. We made him a little short for time (10 minutes) because it took us a bit longer to get up and down from Vesuvius (wife using a cane). He had called us earlier by WhatsApp to let us know he’d be slightly late in arrival because of traffic. I think he’s quite punctual. I’d give him a 4.8 if I could, because several in our party felt pressured to be sure to write review (and it should be a good one!) That being said, he really did earn 5 stars, was very knowledgeable and couldn’t seem to serve us enough. Yes, we’d use him again without hesitation. Quite trustworthy.

Great way to see Mt Vesuvius in half a day!
We had a great experience with our driver Fabio. He was a great tour guide and having direct transportation to Mount Vesuvius was very much worth the price.
