Description
Escape the bustle of Marrakech and embark on a challenging yet rewarding 2-day trek to conquer North Africa's highest peak, Mount Toubkal. Starting with pickup from Marrakech, you'll be whisked away to Imlil, the base of the mountain. Embark on a scenic hike to the Toubkal Refuge and witness the magic of sunrise from the peak before making your descent back to the refuge and eventually Imlil. Day 1: Marrakech to Imlil - Pick-up in Marrakech at 7:30 am. Drive to Imlil (starting point of the trek). Meet your guide and muleteer team. Informative talk about the trip and the Imlil valley. Begin the hike to Toubkal Refuge. Overnight stay. Day 2: Get the top and back to Imlil- Wake up and enjoy breakfast. Ascend to the peak of Mount Toubkal and witness a breathtaking sunrise when it’s possible. Return to Toubkal Refuge for a break. Hike back down to Imlil. Meet the driver in Imlil for the return transfer to Marrakech.

anything is possible with Mustapha
one of the easiest 4000 peaks accessible in a two-day trek. the most beautiful sunrise that awaits you at the top. all in the company and care of a professional guide, Mustapha. Mustapha is a wonderful man. I sincerely recommend Marcin

Our hike adventure to Toubkal with Mustapha was amazing! He’s incredibly professional and experienced, ensuring we always felt safe and well-guided. Mustapha’s friendly, relaxed and made the trip enjoyable, and his sense of humor kept the mood light throughout even the toughest moments. He struck the perfect balance between being laid-back and making sure everything ran smoothly. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, fun, and easygoing guide, Mustapha is definitely the one to choose for your Toubkal adventure! Last but not least, Mustapha is a trail runner and can go up and down to Toubkal mountain from Imlil in 4,5 hours (32 km, 2.400 meters of altitude). This is insane! It took us 2 days haha.

We hiked Mount Toubkal with guide Mustafa and couldn’t be more happy. He was easy and flexible in communication prior to the trip and knew everyone and everything on the trip. He prioritised safety and gave good insight into the local nature and culture.
