Mount fuji and Hakone Full day private sightseeing tour

Ali did an incredible job. He was very punctual knowledgeable and such a pleasure to ride with For for the full day tour. He shared knowledge with us not only about the Fuji Mount Fuji trip but also about Japan customs, religions, and surrounding areas providing us with invaluable knowledge regarding our visit to Japan. Sending special things to him from myself and my three friends.

We had such a great day in Tokyo with Max! He was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and made the whole day so easy and enjoyable. Tour guide was very nice. Unfortunately we booked this tour because we had our hearts on seeing Mt Fuji but our tour guide told us we could not go because this season it’s only open for hikers. So we were not able to see it or drive by or buy any memories from the mountain. He took us to a couple of other places that were nice.

We had an incredible experience on our tour, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing guide, Ali! Ali was extremely knowledgeable about the area, traffic patterns, and the best ways to avoid the crowds. Throughout the day, he was incredibly flexible and adaptable whenever we ran into unexpected issues getting to certain locations. Rather than letting those challenges affect our experience, he went above and beyond to find unique alternatives—including an unexpected stop at a driving range on the side of a mountain, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our day! Even when we encountered a severe storm, Ali worked hard to keep us comfortable, safe, and enjoying the experience. His dedication, positive attitude, and genuine effort to make our day memorable really stood out. Thank you, Ali, for everything and for giving us such a wonderful day and memories we’ll never forget. We highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Ali as your guide!

Great trip. Ali was on time, and showed us all the good spots in Hakone

There was little communication before the trip. Initially we thought it would start at 8am, but the night before. The guide told us he will pick us up at 7am. Luckily we were flexible. Apparently, we started early to avoid the Sunday traffic. Due to rainy weather, changes were necessary but was not clearly communicated until I asked. Our cruise was cancelled due to weather, so I had to suggest to go to Amazake Tea House as an alternative activity. Later as it was still raining, he suggested to skip open air museum, but we insisted on going. By time we got there, it stopped raining and it was worth the trip. The guide was definitely great at getting us from place to place as a driver. We had to initiate the conversation, ask about things we saw, and know where we wanted to go., eat, souvenir shop. The question we asked, he knew the answers, but we had to initiate. I recommend him as a driver as he got us where we wanted to go and kept us on time.

Ali was a fantastic guide who made sure we could see as much of Japan as possible in our time together. Excellent advice on where to enter the locations of interest, took us to a konbini when we needed supplies and gave us some great info about the area and living in Japan. Best money we’ve spent on a tour so far in Japan. As a small family group (2 adults and one child) this was a super convenient way to see Hakone!

Mr.Ali was really kind and is an amazing driver. He was very helpful to us. I fully recommend him.

The trip was excellent , the driver was knowledgeable, politie and showed us around the important places at Hakone. I highly recommend the trip and the driver who escorted us for this trip.
