Moraine Lake Sunrise or Daytime shared tour w/ Lake Louise option

Excellent tour!. Very prompt communication before the trip, clear instructions about pickup and the tour guide (Alyssa) was awesome. She gave excellent info about the place, the history and was very friendly. Both the lakes (Louise and Moraine) were wonderful! Highly recommend this tour

Our guide was great and the lake was beautiful.

Josh and Ben were very welcoming and knowledgable. A good 2 hours at each Lake and helpful insider tips on where to get the best views, and how to make the most of the time. The drive along parkway gave a good opportunity to learn more about the wildlife and orientation of the area. If you have a car you could drive yourself / get shuttles / work it all out yourself - but much easier to go with Explore Banff to just relax and enjoy the experience.

The driver was on time. Said he had coffee and hot chocolate for us, but did not have creamer. He obit had sugar for the coffee. The hot chocolate was very watered down. The car was super stuffy with 14 people inside. We had to ask him to give us some air. We only got to spend about 45 minutes at Moraine Lake and the ad said it was half a day tour with an option of going to Lake Louise. Majority of the time was spent picking up and dropping off people. We also did not get to see the sunrise as it was cloudy and raining a bit. The driver did not seem to be interested in talking to anyone except to those who initiated the conversation with him first.

It’s an early morning, but totally worth it! Beat all the crowds to these amazing spots. As you are leaving all the crowds are showing up. So glad we did the early one!

Sunrise at Moraine Lake is a must see experience. The scenery on its own is 5-star - but the easy pickup arrangements, not having to drive that early in the morning, the friendly guide and hot drinks and blankets just capped off our experience. Would 100% recommend.

We had a great experience with Jamie and Explore Banff Tours -from the comfort of the drive there so early to the hot chocolate and blankets and information provided on the way back would highly recommend-
