Experience the famous Moraine Lake, the top attraction in Banff National Park! With small group sizes limited to a maximum of 14 passengers, you'll enjoy an intimate experience. You will have 1.5 hours on the morning tour or 1 hour if you join our sunset tour at the lake. Our drivers remain at the lake, ensuring the van is readily available throughout your visit, and best of all, no waiting in lines! Join us for an unforgettable experience at Moraine Lake.
We will journey past the picturesque Vermilion Lakes, framed by the breathtaking backdrop of majestic Mt Rundle.

- Each traveler is required to sign an electronic waiver at the latest 24 hours before the trip. Please sign using your full name; initials or first names alone will not be accepted as signatures. Please do not list any other adult (over 18 years old) under your waiver. You will find the link to the waiver in your ticket.
- Please contact us in advance for infant/child safety seats to confirm availability. No infant/child will be allowed to sit on the parent's lap. If you don’t arrange a child safety seat with us in advance and arrive without one, unfortunately, your child will not be permitted to board and no refund will be provided.
- We have extra space in some of our vehicles for your stroller. Please contact us to confirm we have room for your stroller. If you don’t contact us in advance about bringing a stroller, we may not be able to accommodate it, and you may need to leave it behind. Please make sure that the stroller is foldable.
- We require a minimum of 4 travelers booked in order to run the tour. If this number is not met, we’ll gladly offer an alternative date or tour. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we will provide a full refund.
- Pick-Up Information For MORAINE LAKE AND LAKE LOUISE MORNING TOURS ➔ PICK-UPS IN CANMORE or HARVIE HEIGHTS: Pick-up is between 8:00–8:15 AM ✺✺ PICK-UPS IN BANFF Pick-up is between 8:30–8:45 AM. Please be ready 10 minutes before your pick-up window begins. Due to multiple stops, your driver may arrive slightly earlier or later. Look for a white Ford Transit van with CANMORE TRAVEL logo on it.
- Pick-Up Information for SUNSET TOURS ➔ PICK-UPS in CANMORE OR HARVIE HEIGHTS: your pick-up will be approximately at the tour start time, with a 15-minute window (Example: Tour starts at 5:15 PM → pick-up between 5:15–5:30 PM) ✺✺ PICK-UPS in BANFF: your pick-up will be approximately 30 minutes after the tour start time, also with a 15-minute window (Example: Tour starts at 5:15 PM → pick-up in Banff between 5:45–6:00 PM) Please be ready 10 minutes before your pick-up window begins. What an unforgettable experience!! We did the sunset tour, Lake Moraine was magnificent, Lake Louise was lovely. Our guide, Ronnie certainly knew her stuff and kept us entertained (and educated) throughout the trip. Highlight was seeing a bear having a good feed on the side of the road - Ronnie pulled over (at a safe distance, of course) and we were able to watch from the minibus!! Wow!! Thank you Ronnie 🤩

This was truly a highlight of our entire trip. Once we arrived at the first lake I was very glad we hadn't driven ourselves as it's a longer walk than I would have wanted if you can't get into the primary parking lot. As a passenger I was able to enjoy all the views without having to worry about traffic and directions. The guide was friendly and shared interesting history and current facts about this amazing area as we drove through. He gave valuable tips for both Lake Louise and Moraine Lake and gave us ample time to enjoy the wildlife we observed on the drive back into town. I would 10/10 recommend this experience.

Our guide from the Czech Republic was outstanding. From the narrating to the tips and overall Candaian knowledge was incredible. She was nice enough to extend our tour to look for more wildlife, and dropped us off right at our lodge even though it was just a 5 minute walk. I apologize that I don't remember her name but it sounded like Laka. She was truly great!

We had an absolutely amazing experience on the Sunset Tour to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise! From the hotel pickup to the very end of the tour, everything was seamless and well organized. On the drive to the lakes, we were lucky enough to spot a grizzly bear and even a fox! (We were secretly hoping to see a black bear too, but maybe next time! 😊 Visiting the lakes at sunset was the perfect choice. They were so peaceful compared to the daytime crowds, and we didn’t have to deal with the stress of finding parking. The scenery was breathtaking, and the quieter atmosphere made the experience even more special. Our guide was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and full of interesting facts about the area. Even my teenage kids, who don’t always get excited about tours, really enjoyed it and stayed engaged the whole time. We’re so glad we chose this tour instead of driving ourselves. It allowed us to relax, enjoy the wildlife, take in the incredible views, and learn so much along the way. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Banff!

The sunset tour to Morraine Lake and Lake Louise was amazing, best part of my trip to Banff. No worrying about parking or driving, no crowds, just a handful of people at Morraine. Lake Louise was a bit busier but not bad. Our tour guide was awesome, so many interesting stories about the area, the animals, and the park.

Wonderful experience with Michael F. as a guide and conductor. We learned a lot on the way to both lakes. The vehicle was easy to identify, the meeting point was perfect (Blackmountain, 30 seconds from our airbnb). The rates were a little high for 3 persons but the sightseeing was worth it.

It was enjoyable, especially with a small group and a very modern 14 seater coach. Cory was a very good guide who was relaxed but knew his stuff. We even managed to see some bears on the way home.
