So so Amazing experience since its Me and my husband first time in this kind of tour . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highlights of our trip: Our Guide: Ozzy (World-class service, private guiding, local expert, perfect host) The Sights: LAKE LOUISE, MORAINE LAKE, BANFF, JOHNSTON CANYON We arrived in Calgary from Australia via Tokyo (NRT) and Vancouver—a long, exhausting route we took because all other flights were full. Desperate to sleep off the jet lag, we started looking for well-priced, local Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and Banff day trips that my wife would enjoy. I found Elevation Charters on Viator and booked a tour with an 8:00 AM pickup. To confirm the pickup time, I rang the operator. A lovely woman answered and informed me that the tour wasn't running that day. It turned out there was a glitch in the online booking system that allowed our booking to go through even though the tour wasn't running that day. That is when Ozzy took complete charge. She worked late into the previous night to ensure my wife and I had a successful, memorable trip. She looked at every option available, ringing other operators—doing absolutely everything in her power to find a solution. The only option she found was two seats with another company, but she refused it because she said it just didn't feel right to her, as that option offered less than what we had originally booked and paid for. Instead, she completely surprised us by taking my wife and me on a personalized, private guided tour covering all the original sights, LAKE LOUISE, MORAINE LAKE, BANFF, adding JOHNSTON CANYON and more! This was during the busy late August peak season, making her coordination even more impressive. Ozzy is a brilliant person who truly knows how to provide a world-class experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, kept us completely informed, and even took incredible photos of my wife and me at the lakes so we could just relax and enjoy the views. It is incredibly reassuring to know that if anything goes wrong, Ozzy will look after you all the way!8

We really enjoyed this tour to some truly beautiful sites at Banff National Park with Elevation Charters. Mr. B is a patient and kind guide and excellent driver. We also really appreciated that he took care of needs (food, drinks, washrooms). I felt like we were in good hands. Thank you, team!!

We had a wonderful experience. The guide, Mr. B, was very thorough in explaining the names of the peaks and lakes. The food he offered was excellent. He made the trip exciting for us. He was mindful about the breaks we needed and patient with older friends of the trip.
