Incredible moment

Thanks to our Navajo guide Larry who taught us many things about the rocks but also about the history of the Navajos. We had an excellent time. Remember to hold onto your caps because it's bumpy!😆 I loved the moment when Larry sang and played the flute in an alcove...it was magical! The only regret is not having done the classic tour as well. And out of the 3 hours announced, only 2.5 hours of tour.

Fabulous Tour, Incredible Tour Guide!

What an amazing tour! Our guide, Travis, was the absolute best! We learned so much during this tour of beautiful Monument Valley! The tour was wonderful, in and of itself, but Travis truly made it special! So incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the land and the Navajo people, but also talented with both musical instruments (to which he treated us to a song!) and iPhones (with which he helped us take the perfect photos!). Our trip was a month long dream trip seeing so many beautiful and long imagined sights, but our Monument Valley tribal tour stood out in a huge way, mainly because of Travis! The tour itself is incredible, but if you are so lucky to find yourself led by Travis, consider it a huge gift!

A suspended moment...

Magical family moment thanks to Jameson who drove us to the lands of his ancestors and thanks to him and his companions we experienced an unforgettable moment, where time stood still in a cave where we were treated to a moment of total immersion in Indian culture (songs, instruments, and dancing around the fire...) To do and do again without hesitation.

Awesome tour

This was an awesome tour and well worth the cost. Travis was our driver/guide and he made this a memorable journey to explore Monument Valley as well as to gain a deeper understanding of the Navajo people. From playing the flute and guitar to his describing the landscape and Petroglyphs it made this an unforgettable trip. Highly recommend!

Beautiful scenery and cultural learning experience

This was such a fun and educational experience! Our tour guide, Larry, was a friendly and well knowledgeable lead for this tour. I loved seeing the all of the land features and getting to learn about the cultural significance behind them. It is so much more impactful to hear the names and the backstory of these areas and why they are so important to the people. You are also only able to go on certain roads with the tour company so we get to see so much more. Such a great experience and I highly recommend!
