Important Information

All jet ski drivers have to be 16 years old or over and present a valid driver’s license
All participants must sign a discharge of responsibility and follow a short boating safety course before departure.
You must be ready 45 minutes before your booked departure time.
You will learn how to use and manipulate your jet ski, and get safety instructions.
A security deposit is required and will be reimbursed upon your return if the jet ski is not damaged in any way.
Your local tour operator does not take any responsibility for any fines or penalties that may be issued by provincial authorities
All required equipment for your comfort and security are furnished
Groups of more than 10 persons need to book at least two days in advance

DO NOT BOOK!!!
This was NOT a good experience at all! The guide was VERY hard to understand and had a very thick, strong French accent and barely spoke any English and didn’t even explain anything to us riders who were all beginners! We really just had to wing it and hope for the best. The so called “tour” was ended short because of impending bad weather. They should have just cancelled the activity all together prior, but wanted to take your money and not give back the money when they said they would give a full refund back. Do NOT book this unless you want to get scammed!!!

We’re sorry to read that you were disappointed with your experience, but we would like to clarify several important points.
The activity was shortened because weather conditions were deteriorating and, for safety reasons, our team decided to return early. Safety always comes before completing the full scheduled duration.
Regarding the refund, we did not refuse to reimburse you. Because the reservation was made through a third-party booking platform, the refund must be initiated and processed through that platform. Once the official request is submitted to us, we can respond accordingly.
We also strongly disagree with the suggestion that this was a “scam.” Our company has been operating in Montreal for many years, and shortening an activity because of changing weather conditions is a safety decision, not an attempt to improperly retain a customer’s payment.
We regret that the experience did not meet your expectations and that communication with the guide was difficult for you. We take that feedback seriously and will continue working with our team to ensure instructions are as clear as possible for all guests, especially first-time riders.

Excellent Customer Service!
My experience here is to let you know the exceptional quality of Customer Service. I booked in advance but unfortunately there was a big storm that day.
The Team was more helpful in rescheduling the activity but unfortunately no date matched our schedules or just the weather not hot enough. No worries, they paid me the full bill.

Amazing experience.
AMAZING experience with a great pair of guides. Highly recommend in MTL! The Saint Laurent River is a great place with varied waters for different types of maneuvering- super fun.

Great team activity

Amazing tour and amazing guide
Great way to see Montréal from another perspective… very fun experience! A good summer activity to do with friends or family if you’re looking for a little thrill and chill. Plus points if the weather’s on your favor… that being said, it’s really safe!!

Best sea-doo in Montréal
10/10 would recommend very fun experience Thomas and Amin were very friendly hots and fun to be around. The sport key option was honestly the best one for the speed.
