You pack so much in the day Rebecca was an excellent guide,Quebec was fantastic steeped in History and great shopping and restaurants
We had an awesome time on this trip! All of the staff were wonderful, especially our tour guide Jerry and our bus driver. We went with our one year old son, and while he was able to participate in all activities, an important thing to note is that there are lots of places with stairs (both at the falls and in the city itself), so you will be folding and carrying the stroller a lot. It didn’t ruin our day at all though, and we had a lovely time. Our only complaint is that we could have spent even more time in beautiful Quebec City!
It's a great day out. A city more than worth visiting..
There is a lot of walking and hills so if you have any medical issues you should be aware. There are some elevators, and lifts to get around it but be aware.
The given time by the guide is just right to see and explore Montmorency Falls and Quebec City. This is a wonderful day trip!
The day trip was good. Would be better if the guided tour of Quebec City was a little in depth and longer with potentially 2 guides for the number of people in the group.
Our guide, Carolina, made sure our trip went smoothly. She was very friendly and organized throughout the trip, which made things more enjoyable. The waterfall stop was great, with lots of little experiences to add on. Old Quebec City was too busy to enjoy. I think there should be a cap on the number of tour buses allowed on the weekend. The Quebec City guided walking tour with Eve was also very underwhelming and I would not recommend it. She barely told us anything and when asked for lunch recommendations she could not name a single restaurant and instead said, "There are a lot of restaurants." We asked another guide for a recommendation and they unfortunately gave us something akin to a Ruby Tuesday or Chili's (generic). But again, I cannot say enough good things about Carolina. She was great!
Had an amazing day trip from Montreal to Quebec City with Concord Tours! The bus was modern and very comfortable. Our tour guide, Jerry, was fantastic—he made the trip special with his great tips and insights. We had plenty of free time to explore the city without any stress. Highly recommend this tour, and big thanks to Jerry for being an excellent guide!
The guide Yang is funny and a consummate performer. The driver drove safe and we were (mostly) on time. The itinerary was perfect for me and my sexagenarian parents, and we ended up skipping the cruise to just explore the city on our own. Would highly recommend this to someone looking to spend just a day in Quebec City.
It was an excellent day despite a little rain. Joyce is very kind and funny too! The bus was comfortable and the trip went very well.
