Montmartre Tour Paris

Description
Scale the heights of Paris in Montmartre, 500 feet above the city, with breathtaking panoramic views. Discover the gems of this former little village originally outside of Paris: the beautiful Sacre Coeur church with its marble Byzantine-style domes, the former artist colony and studios where Picasso, Toulouse Lautrec, Van Gogh and Degas painted their masterpieces, the ancient windmills, the still operating vineyard that produces an annual wine, and a walk on one of the best gourmet food shop streets in Paris.

We have done numerous tours with Richard and they never disappoint! He is a fountain of information and makes every tour so fun. They feel personalized in a way that other tours don't. Highly recommend the Montmartre tour and others!
We had an amazing time with Richard! He set up excellent selection of tours for my daughters 30 th birthday- it was her first time to Paris and she loved it!
My wife and I took Richard‘s tour of Le Marais years ago, and loved it. We wanted to take a private tour of Montmartre during this year’s visit, so we booked with Richard again. Such a wonderful tour. Not only historic, but Richard gave us the details that only a local could provide, showing us his favorite shops, foods, cafés, and where the locals frequent. He tailored the tour to us perfectly. We highly recommend Eye Prefer Paris tours.
Richard was an amazing tour guide . He was very knowledgeable about the history of Montemarte. He was very considerate and took pictures for us. I would highly recommend this tour
Richard is the best!!!! My daughters and I loved our tour with Richard. He is so knowledgeable and engaging. It was as if we were touring with a life long friend which made the tour truly exceptional. If you’re heading to Paris - you must take a tour with Richard!
Richard’s tours are not to be missed. He created a multiple day adventure throughout Paris that was unique, enjoyable and fun.
Richard provides a comprehensive but fun tour of the major sites . He gets it done with class and you receive a locals perspective.
Richard came highly recommended by a friend so my husband and I booked him for our first tour of Montmartre. We were not disappointed! Richard gave us a great introduction to what is now one of our favorite areas of Paris. He is informative and entertaining at the same time. We rode the funicular up to Sacre Coeur and then leisurely wound our way down listening to stories, learning the history and discovering the beauty as well as a few hidden spots you wouldn't likely see on your own. At the end of the tour my husband and I returned to a little restaurant at his suggestion for lunch. It was delightful. You will learn a lot and have fun at the same time! (note: going inside Sacre Coeur is not on the agenda...you can go back and do that on your own).
Richard is by any standard the best at what he does. We did a food tour on Dec. 21, Montemarte on Dec 22, and Christmas Markets on Dec 26. His knowledge of history and culture is unsurpassed. We would highly recommend his tours for anyone that wants to see the best of Paris.
Richard was just the right mixture of education and fun. A walking tour not to be missed. Highly recommend!
