Itinerary
Start in the heart of Montmartre, a hilltop neighbourhood that still feels like a village. As you wander its cobbled streets, your guide will bring to life the artists, stories, and small details that make this place so special.
We begin just across from the iconic Moulin Rouge, before slowly making our way uphill. Along the way, you’ll spot Van Gogh’s former home and the café made famous by Amélie — little moments that connect Montmartre’s past and present. Early in the tour, we’ll stop at a local award‑winning bakery to enjoy a freshly baked croissant — a simple but very Parisian moment.
Pause at the “I Love You” Wall, where the phrase is written in over 250 languages. Then slip into a quieter side of Montmartre, discovering one of its prettiest, lesser-known squares.
Pass one of the last windmills left in Paris and wander along one of Montmartre’s most beautiful streets — peaceful, elegant, and far from the busy crowds below. From here, your guide will lead you through a discreet passage to one of the best hidden views over Paris, along with one of the city’s most charming cobbled streets.
Tucked away on the hillside, you’ll find Montmartre’s hidden vineyard — a surprising reminder of the area’s past. Just across the street sits the Lapin Agile, a cabaret once loved by artists and writers.
End near the Sacré‑Cœur, but not in the way most visitors do. From a quieter viewpoint, take in sweeping panoramic views over Paris — a memorable final moment and the perfect way to end your time in Montmartre.

There was just two of us booked for the afternoon tour so I wondered if we would get a 'lite' version but Camilla was delightful. She was enthusiastic in sharing about the community of Montmartre and was a very engaging guide, explaining very clearly historical facts about the area. There is quite an emphasis on art, being aware it was the home for so many artists. Croissants were so good.
Our guide Max was outstanding. He had an impressive knowledge of the art and history of the area and had a delightful manner. I would recommend Max highly.

We just had a wonderful morning exploring Montmatre with Cristina our guide. We were the only ones on the tour so happy that it still went ahead. Cristina is very knowledgeable and share d so many interesting stories with us about the history, artists and art and stories of the area. We also enjoyed the best croissant we have ever had! Our group of 8 (4couples) had the pleasure of being led on this tour by Camilia. She was very knowledgeable about the Montmartre area of Paris and was so excited to share her knowledge and enthusiasm of the area. There were some steep areas on the walk but she was very patient with us if we needed to rest a moment and she would fill the time with more interesting stories. We would all highly recommend this tour!!
Beautiful, slow-paced tour with a lot of interesting stories, arts, views and delicious croissants. Max our guide, was pleasant, knowledgeable and entertaining. You start near Moulin Rouge and slowly climb to the top of Montmartre so a bit physical. Highly recommended.
