We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the delayed start. Regarding the early finish, this was not because we needed to rush to another tour. In fact, we understood that your schedule required you to return earlier because you were continuing your journey to Manuel Antonio. With this in mind, we adjusted the pace and duration of the tour to help accommodate your travel plans and ensure you could leave Monteverde on time. Our intention was simply to be flexible and assist you with your itinerary. We are sorry that, despite our efforts to accommodate your schedule, the experience did not meet your expectations.
