Although he attended because he did not want to disappoint your group, we recognize that he should have prioritized his recovery until he was fully able to provide the energetic and engaging experience our guests deserve. We also regret that the second guide’s English proficiency did not meet your group’s communication needs. For a group of 18 participants, both guides should have been able to provide clear explanations, attentive service, and a consistently professional experience.
