You never showed up. We got the run around for hours. Wasting our morning to be told to call back and the ball be dropped over and over/ and now being told we may not even get our refund

They had us wait for hours for them and never showed up at the hotel. We were passed around told to call back over and over. Then finally told they were refunding and giving a voucher only to get an email that the refund hasn’t been approved. They haven’t approved us for a refund for a service that they not only didn’t show up to but wasted hours of our day going back and forth with them only to finally be told they are not showing up. I have never been so dissatisfied with a company and if I could give a negative I would .. do not recommend especially if you value your time on vacation and don’t want to wait around and lose 100s of dollars and HOPE they actually refund you for THEIR issue

I booked a trip for Dunns River and there was a lack of communication regarding the activity and transportation. When booking the activity, the description said to choose hotel location at check out which I was not able to do. When I tried to contact the tour operator via message, I did not receive any response. I had to find my own transportation to Dunns River and upon arrival, they did not have any booking information with my name. I also called the phone number associated with the booking they could not find my booking information even after giving him all of my information for the booking of the activity (confirmation number and booking reference number).

The tour company reported that my family and I was a “no show” when the pickup time was 10:30a. What they did was show up at the resort at 9a and DID NOT advised us of the new time! Unbeknownst to us when we report to the desk for 10:30a pickup was when we learned that the pickup time was gone at 9a! Furthermore, I tried to reconfirm our reservation 24 hours before and the day of the reservation and NO response from the tour company. I would not book with this company since they are extremely POOR communicating with their clients; unless you don’t mind missing an excursion that you have planned for you and your family!
