Montego Bay Roundtrip Luxury Transfer with Lounge Access

Our visit to Bob Marley’s birthplace and mausoleum at Nine Mile was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Jamaica, and that was largely thanks to our wonderful guide, Ryan. From the beginning, Ryan’s passion for Bob Marley’s life, music, and legacy was evident. He shared fascinating stories and insights throughout the tour, bringing Bob’s journey from a small village in the Jamaican mountains to becoming a global icon to life. Ryan struck the perfect balance between being informative and entertaining. He was friendly, engaging, and made sure everyone in the group felt included. His knowledge of the local area and Jamaican culture added so much to the experience, making it feel far more personal than simply visiting a tourist attraction. The setting itself is beautiful, nestled in the hills of St. Ann, and standing at Bob Marley’s final resting place was a genuinely moving moment. Ryan’s storytelling helped us appreciate not only Bob’s music but also the values and experiences that shaped him. Thank you, Ryan, for giving us such an authentic and unforgettable experience. I paid for the Club Mobay VIP, Fast track and transfer. What I received was a made up version. No one met me to expedite me through customs, Club Mobay refused me access because ticket said "lounge" not Club Mobay. Didn't have access to any of the lounges. Was even questioned if my confirmation was real. Had to find another ride to my resort. Half way to the resort (2.5 hr drive) I get a phone call from somebody saying they are my transfer. This is almost 3 hrs after my plane landed. This was nothing but a scam. My advice, book directly through Club Mobay. Oh and I still have to pay for a transfer back to the airport, because I don't trust the "company" to come on time.

Viator had very poor customer service and never informed me that the lounge access, fast track and meet and greet portion of my booking were removed, due to unavailability. The only portion they had was transport to and from my hotel. Viator blamed it on the tour company but that was not acceptable since I booked through them. NOT A TOUR COMPANY! The Viator agent was very rude and refused to let me speak to a manger. I will book directly through club mobay next time and will not use Viator.

Avoid Avoid Avoid, viator have no idea what they are selling, operator doesn't respond. We booked a VIP meet and greet transfer package, no Meet and greet and nobody waiting for us for transfers, ended up getting a bus. At this point operator decided to ring me. Do yourself a favor and delete this app.

Book early. Viator booked my reservation but when we arrived there was no name nor rep waiting for us. Upon further notice our reservation had been canceled.

We had an amazing experience in Jamaica thanks to our tour guide, Ryan! From the moment we met him, he made us feel like family. His knowledge of the island, warm personality, and genuine hospitality made our trip unforgettable. Ryan went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, safe, and having a great time. What we had paid for services were not provided. Our agent tried to fix it many times with tour operator and without them identifying it as a problem they just kept putting it off , over and over ! Will not book with them again ! The proper services were never provided! Trying to get a refund now !

Ryan was our “person” for the five days we were on island. Some wanted shopping and shelling, others just lounged by the sea. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of his country. Traffic was rough on Friday night, but we stopped at the grocery- where Ryan was super helpful!!- and, on to the villa. He checked with us daily to see if we wanted an adventure or to book an excursion. Prompt airport pick up, and seamless delivery. Tell all your friends to give them a call if traveling to Jamaica, Mon!

First you need to know that if you visit Jamaica and do not meet Ryan, you will have missed out .Three friends and I travel together every year to celebrate birthdays . Because this was a big one , we went to Jamaica. We had arranged a ride with Young’s Tours and Ryan found us at the airport and was so helpful. There is so much to say about Ryan but honestly, the whole trip was better because of him. He also took us on excursions and then a ride back to the airport. We had so many laughs and he is so knowledgeable about all things Jamaica ! I could not recommend him enough .

The person was a no show. Tried calling the company for hours. We had to figure out our own transportation when we arrived, after talking to multiple people about where to go. Spent 4 hours of our time trying to get to our hotel when we coordinated this well before our arrival. Terrible company, would not recommend to anyone.
