Located along the Marne river surrounded by the wine hills it is home of many region’s most prestigious champagne houses. Épernay is a must for champagne lovers. Walk the Avenue of Champagne attracts many tourists. 13:30 Departure to Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte. It takes 15 minutes (7 km).

13:45 - 15:00 Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte. Guided Cellars tour made by the local staff gives You great insight into the history and Champagne production method. Tasting of 3 glasses of Champagne completes this experience. 15:00 Departure to Hautvillers. It takes 20 minutes (12 km).
Abbaye Saint-Pierre d'Hautvillers
15:20 - 15:40 Hautvillers. Visit the Abbey's Church of Sindulphe of the Abbey Saint-Pierre d'Hautvillers. It is a former Benedictine monastery. The Abbey was founded in 665 and remained active till the French Revolution 1789. Dom Perignon has developed the wine making methods in the region of Champagne.
