Paid for an uber to go over there and the guide never showed up. No real explanation. Waste of money and time. Left me standing alone at night. Do not recommend

Very historical and informative, but if your looking for something spooky this isn't quite it. FASCINATING for sure though
Hello, Kira! We’re thrilled to hear you found the tour informative and fascinating! We understand it wasn’t quite the spooky experience you were expecting, but we hope to see you back for another tour that captures your interests.
The guide was not enthusiastic about his job. Our tour was on Halloween night with all sorts of people dressed in costumes on the street. I expected to feel a bit of an eerie vibe. The title of the tour was Mobsters, Madness and Murder, I expected more of all three to be discussed, and more historical information as well. There was so much potential for this tour to have been presented in a different and more exciting manner. Having been on other Ghost tours that left me looking over my shoulder for days afterwards this one only made me wish I had saved my money. I can’t speak for the other members on the tour but no one asked questions and they all scattered like roaches when he announced that it was the end of the tour.
Hello, Terri! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the Mobsters, Madness, and Murder tour did not meet your expectations and that the experience was not as engaging or detailed as you had hoped. We understand your concerns regarding the guide’s energy and the content covered, and we truly appreciate your honest input. Great tour with loads of information about Memphis history. Went to a few different places. At the end was told their was an 'add on' we could have bought but some members of our party were tired after a long day of sight-seeing. The tour we had was just the right length.
Hello, Wendy! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We’re glad the tour length was just right and that you enjoyed the historical highlights of Memphis.
Excellent guide. Knowledgeable and engaging! We got to see so many interesting sites and even a ghost or two!

Bailee was very knowledgable about the seedier side of Memphis. My suggestion is just that she speak a little slower!
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad Bailee’s knowledge made an impact and appreciate your suggestion about pacing. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words and helpful note along. Hope to see you again soon!

We appreciate your kind words! It’s awesome that you enjoyed the tour and would do it again. Hope to see you for more spooky fun in the future!
This tour was awesome! My partner and I were the only ones booked for the night so we pretty much got a private tour. I was great to walk the streets of Memphis and get the behind the scenes tour of old Memphis and some of the legends. Our guide took his time and was just perfect! We try and take a ghost tour on every trip both domestic and international. This was by far our favorite!
We appreciate your glowing review! It’s great that you and your partner had such a memorable private tour and that our guide made it perfect. We’re honored to be your favorite ghost tour so far! We’ll share your praise with the guide and hope to see you again on your travels.
