Unprepared driver but nice vehicle
I asked for a welcome sign, the driver did not deliver on that. I ask for the prices of tequila or champagne and was ignored. The driver seem unprepared and it felt like he did not want to be bothered. Other than the vehicle being nice, that was the only good thing.

Sorry for your experience Ms. Pringle. That vehicle caught a flat tire en route to pick you up and the driver was in panick mode prior to your arrival. We had an iPad with your name on it, just miscommunication. Not your fault. We hope the remainder of your trip was a sucess!!! Thank you for your business.

Disappointed
We ordered a Lincoln Town Car and was picked up in a suv. When we questioned this Mike informed the driver that we did not order a Lincoln, my receipt clearly states Lincoln. Also no one was there to meet us- luckily a airport staff member stayed until we had a ride.

Felt like a princess
Mike was prompt and the service was excellent! Made my birthday trip memorable. Mike also shared little history of Bahamas also with the best places to eat. Will recommend using him for the future
