We had an absolutely AMAZING time with Chica Locca Tours! From start to finish, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Puerto Vallarta. The staff was absolutely incredible—professional, capable, attentive, and so much fun! Alejandro, David, Roberto, and the rest of the crew went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. The service was excellent, the food and drinks were delicious, and the music was great. You could tell the entire crew genuinely enjoys what they do, and that made the experience even better. We also added the UTV ride to the hidden waterfall, and it was DEFINITELY a must! It was such a fun adventure and added another unforgettable part to the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Beautiful scenery, amazing crew, great food and drinks, and SO much fun. We would absolutely book with Chica Locca again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta! 🌴🍹☀️

This was a great experience me and my wife loved it we definitely recommend it 100 percent for any body visiting Mexico!!!

Ten out of ten experience. We’ve done multiple day trips in Mexico and this was by far the best. David, our tour guide, was hilarious and stayed on top of everything. The other crew members were all great as well. Always ready with fresh drinks on the boat and at the beach. The boat and beach facilities were clean and well kept. My family and I had a fantastic time.

The entire experience is so worth it! The staff, especially David, were amazing! It was a fun vibe and food was great. 11/10 recommend!

I had a wonderful time. The beach was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and super attentive, snorkeling and padding boarding were so much fun. I will definitely take this tour again. Food was ok but we had plenty of cold drinks to make up for it.

Staff were excellent people and their customer service throughout the trip was outstanding. This review highlight's one amazing staff member sharing this just prior to boarding: When entering or returning to the Puerto Vallarta maritime terminal, passengers pass through security checkpoints featuring metal detectors and bag scanners. Security around the port area is actively supported by the Mexican Navy and you don't want to carry anything inappropriate with you.

10/10 would recommend again. All of the tour guides were so fun, safe and friendly. They were all so great w our friends little girl. Thank you to everyone for a great time.

We just did the excursion yesterday from the staff to the adventure it was worth the price. An addition to the trip we did the waterfall via ATV as we opted out of the hike it was beautiful. We can’t say enough about the staff 100% they want to make sure you have the best experience, attentive of everyone’s needs.
