From the moment I arrived, the entire process was seamless, professional, organized, and incredibly reassuring. This was my first trip to Egypt, and because my flight arrived at approximately 2:00 a.m., I was a little nervous about arriving in a new country in the middle of the night. Those concerns disappeared almost immediately. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a member of Paul's staff, who was waiting for me with a sign displaying my name. From that moment forward, Paul was phenomenal! He took care of me throughout the entire arrival process, guiding me through the airport and customs and making sure I knew exactly where to go and what to do. I didn't have to worry about navigating an unfamiliar airport or figuring things out on my own. Once everything inside the airport was completed, I was escorted outside, where my private car was already waiting to take me directly to my hotel. Everything was coordinated perfectly from beginning to end. I honestly couldn't have asked for a more pleasant arrival experience. After a long flight, being met by someone courteous, professional, helpful, and attentive made such a difference—especially as a woman arriving in Egypt for the first time in the early morning hours. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of from the moment I arrived. Paul, you were phenomenal! Seamless experience! I had booked with another provider on Viator who had to cancel last minute as my incoming flight was delayed. Paul was able to accommodate a meet & greet and private transfer with same day notice. A gentleman met me with a sign displaying my name right before passport control, and quickly led me through entry into Egypt and into the car waiting outside. Paul was very hospitable and safely got me to my hotel. I would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with Paul and the VIP airport transfer. After landing, we were met by a gentleman holding a sign with our names, who whisked us straight through passport control and delivered us right to Paul, the man coordinating the travel, who drove us to our hotel. Paul was incredibly kind and prompt in scheduling the VIP service - it was an incredible start to our vacation in Egypt and well worth the money. We ended up hiring Paul on the spot to transfer us from one hotel to another in Cairo, and again back to the airport. Both times, he arrived exactly on time (in fact, he was waiting near each hotel ready for us) and responded to our messages with lightning speed. He accepted EGP, USD, and EUR in case you are ever interested in booking a secondary transfer. The VIP pickup and the intermediary transfers made our entire trip incredibly smooth. Paul’s company also offers personalized tours, in addition to nearly every concierge service you might imagine - he offered to take us to different stores to buy specific souvenirs, and even create custom itineraries with guides for our time in Cairo. He is an absolute delight - warm, friendly, and speaks incredible English - and we will absolutely book with him again when we are back in Egypt! Don’t skip this!

Extremely bad experience. The company representative was waiting for us using a very small sign, then he left us claiming he has to wait for another client as well. We went to the passport office line and waited for about an hour, he reach out to me saying if I need to finish quickly I need to pay him about $20 extra per person. After finishing we went to the baggage claim, he brought me a large cart and told me I have to pay extra for it, then he left us again to take care of another client leaving us to lift and handle all our luggage by ourselves. Basically this was a very expensive driver with a van as this is the only part of the deal that happened as expected which I could have done it much cheaper. Do not go with this company, it’s a scam!!

Absolutely perfect. I am a seasoned traveller and would have managed but I realized I don't have to figure it out after a long flight anymore because I am adult with a proper job. Me and my wife met our guide, who my wife jokingly called our "handler", before clearing customs. He handled everything showing our passports and travel documents to who needed them while me and the wife followed along at a leisurely and unfazed pace through a strange airport we were unfamiliar with. I did not need to read and interpret various signs telling the hordes of tourists where to go and when, there was second guessing myself, i hears not one of the usual refrain of "are you sure this is right?" from my loving yet semi anxious wife. We were just taken care of. Breeze through customs and immigration in minutes, straight to the right baggage carousel and delivered to our hotel before our phones had even connected to the new cellular network. Best money i have spent on this trip so far.

I’ve traveled to Cairo many times, and as a solo traveler, immigration and baggage claim have always been the most stressful part of my trip. This time I booked their meet and assist service, and it was the best decision. The staff spoke excellent English, helped me with my luggage, guided me through all the airport procedures, and escorted me all the way to my hotel. Everything was smooth and effortless. I highly recommend this service to solo travelers, first-time visitors to Egypt, or anyone who doesn’t speak Arabic. You don’t have to worry about anything—they take care of the entire process for you. Thank you!
