Nice city but forget the audiotour
Does not work at all. I've been waiting for an hour to get the tour downloaded with 5G standing at the starting point. "Tour file is being download.... download file."
Operator response
This is normally a result of internet connectivity issues Arthur. If you were using an eSIM, it might have limited your 5G data use despite your device showing that this was available. We've seen this before. Emails and browsing work okay, but not downloads. If it was the app, closing and restarting it would have resolved the issue. We could have helped if you'd contacted support using the email support@voicemap.me. We normally respond in a few minutes. We're sorry you couldn't do the tour.
