Mauritius: 2 Hours Buggy Ride - Bel Ombre Nature Reserve

Very nice buggy tour, the guide was Jerome, a person very attentive to the group and with impeccable explanations in both French and English.

We had an absolutely wonderful time on the buggy tour! 🏝️ The experience was amazing, the landscapes were beautiful, and it was such a fun way to discover the island. A huge thank you to our guide, Axel, who was absolutely fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and made the experience even more enjoyable. We really appreciated his kindness and the time he took to make sure we had a great experience. We highly recommend this tour, and especially Axel as a guide! We did the excursion with Jérôme and 2 other couples, it was INCREDIBLE! Jérôme gives a lot of explanations, he is passionate and answers all questions. He takes the time to let us observe, take photos, go swimming... We recommend this tour which was a real feast for the eyes!

Very poor communication and customer service. Unfortunately, we couldn’t arrive on time due to unexpected traffic problems. We contacted them to explain the situation, but they showed absolutely no flexibility or understanding. They didn’t offer us any alternative solution, such as waiting for us, changing the booking to another day, or even providing a partial refund. As a result, we ended up losing €500 without receiving any service or compensation. We understand that delays can cause problems, but we expected at least some willingness to help us find a solution. Instead, the whole situation was handled very poorly. We are extremely disappointed with the experience and especially with the lack of understanding and customer care. For the amount of money we paid, we expected much better service.

Jerome gave us a great tour! We saw many types of annimals, and learned about Mauritian flora and fauna. 100% recommend! Beautiful nature reserve!

A very beautiful adventure in nature

We had a wonderful experience. Aniket was very helpful.

So cool!!!! It is a total adventure and super fun. You drive your own buggy through the reserve. The three of us went together, my husband, my son, and I in the same buggy following the guide, who explains everything very well and makes stops along the way to take photos and give explanations of what we are seeing, Jeróme, a pleasure. I recommend it 100%.
