We are a veteran owned coach service to Martha's Vineyard. Our ease of booking, convenient pickup and drop-off locations and comfortable, air-conditioned coach will provide you with a memorable experience. Enjoy a short ride from Boston to Woods Hole where you will board the Steamship Authority with no lines or waiting in a holding area. With us, you will have time to enjoy breakfast and coffee from a local cafe before boarding. As always, round-trip ferry tickets, snacks, water, island maps, discount food cards and commentary are all included. Island tour option; Unlike other tours, THIS IS NOT A SCHOOL BUS TOUR. A wonderful 3 hour, full island tour in one of our 14 passenger, air-conditioned, high-top vans is the best way to see the island. Tour goes through all 6 towns with stops along the way for pictures and restrooms. Our guides are the best in the business!

Itinerary
Enjoy being picked up directly from your hotel's front door. Our large 12-14 passenger coach will provide an outstanding customer experience. Live, historical commentary provided by your driver as you traverse around Boston.
While traveling to the Steamship Authority, enjoy engaging in full, live commentary by your driver/guide. Learning about historic locations such as; Plymouth, Cape Cod Canal, Bourne and local Native Americans reservations.
Once on Cape Cod, your excursion includes a mini tour of Falmouth. We travel through downtown, view the marvelous cedar shake houses and travel the coast for views of the Vineyard Sound.
After a short trip around Falmouth, let's take a beautiful visit at the Nobska lighthouse. This historic locations offers amazing picture opportunities, an outer house walk-around and cliff views.
We arrive at the Woods Hole Steamship Authority at about 9:00am. That is 30 minutes before your vessel departs the terminal. This allows our guest plenty of time to explore town or stop in a local cafe for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich before boarding the 9:30am ferry to Oak Bluffs. We are the only company in Boston that offers this experience.
Your ferry ride from Woods Hole to Oak Bluffs is 45 minutes. While on-board you may enjoy inside, A/C seating or walk about the massive passenger deck for outstanding pictures of both Martha's Vineyard and Cape Cod. Concessions and restrooms are on the ferry for your convenience. As always, round-trip ferry tickets are included.
Once on Martha's Vineyard, all guest will have roughly 6 hours to explore at their leisure. You are welcome to rent bikes, take the city bus, order a ride share or take a 3-hour island with our affiliate partners (additional fee). Those who wish to take the 3-hour tour option will be greeted by the tour directed at the Oak Bluffs harbor
Your ferry leaves Oak Bluffs at 3:45pm. Relax after a bustling excursion of the island on your 45 minute ride back to Woods Hole. You will be greeted by your original tour guide in Woods Hole at 4:30pm.
From Woods Hole to Boston is roughly a 2-hour ride. Feel free to offer feedback on your day to one of our expert drivers. We strive to get guest back in the Boston area for about 6:30 pm Your expert guide will provide you with local Boston cuisine recommendations and events

Pickup Locations & Times
We pickup from MOST ALL hotels in downtown Boston ONLY. Several in Cambridge, Seaport and South Boston. If you are not staying at a downtown Boston hotel, you may be asked to meet at one of the many pickup points within the city. We do NOT pick-up from airport location hotels, sorry. The tour coordinator will contact you 24 hours in advance to make arrangements. Thanks! Please call us if you were not given an exact time. International customers, please download WhatsApp for communication. We do not refund no-show customers.

Had to get up earlier and reroute and walk to the ferry due to a run. Got to see the race begin! First ferry ride for us all and we enjoyed it. Jon was amazing! The tour was very informative and fun. The land is simply beautiful. We enjoyed it very much. We missed the ferry coming back. There was a mix up with the time provided my Rory and the person who took the info and we had a very hard time getting back.

Disappointed as the description states will pick us up at front door of our hotel and ours was listed in the pickup section (day before they texted a diff location pick up would be so we had to uber to location both directions). When we questioned they stated in the booking details pickup location was not guaranteed. Never saw the Nobska point lighthouse or stopped there. Honestly was just a very expensive uber to the ferry for the day. Martha’s Vineyard was fine. Would not recommend

As stated in our booking details, while we offer pickup from select Boston hotels, pickup locations may occasionally need to be adjusted when there are too many scheduled stops or when a location would significantly impact our ability to reach the ferry on time. Our priority is ensuring every guest makes their scheduled ferry, which is why changes are communicated in advance. Nobska Lighthouse is a time-permitting highlight, not a guaranteed stop. Traffic, pickup timing, and the ferry schedule determine whether we can safely make that stop without risking the ferry departure. We respectfully disagree that the experience is simply an expensive Uber ride. Transportation is only one part of the service—we coordinate hotel-area pickup, round-trip transportation to Woods Hole, ferry tickets, snacks, water, food discount card, Black Dog apparel discount card, logistics throughout the day, and the Martha’s Vineyard island tour. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed Martha’s Vineyard, but we’re sorry the overall experience did not meet your expectations.
There were a few setbacks, but our guide Rory was flexible and calm throughout. I took the island tour and it was worth every penny. I was a great way to see the island and made me want to come back and do more exploring. Definitely worth the money.
Travel down did not agree with tour itinerary. (Eg: no visit to lighthouse). No ice for water and no snacks provided. Another passenger needs a charger — no charger available. Martha Vineyard tour upped the overall score as guide carried the day. Offset the disappointing trip down and back. However A/C in vehicle not working properly.

All of our vehicles are stocked with complimentary water and snacks. We previously provided phone chargers as an additional courtesy; unfortunately, after repeatedly having them taken from our vehicles, we are no longer able to provide them. The lighthouse is a time-permitting bonus stop, as our priority is ensuring guests arrive at the ferry on schedule. Regarding the A/C, air conditioning is essential this time of year, and each of our vehicles is fully equipped with it. If you felt you needed additional cooling or airflow during the trip, we wish you had simply let your driver know, as they would have been happy to increase the circulation for your comfort. Great experience! Rory was super friendly and took us to and from Boston. Super helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The ferry ride was beautiful - tickets provided through the tour! Once we were on Martha’s Vineyard, we went through the island tour and it was great to see everything from a locals perspective - also had a few stops to make sure we were able to get the full experience! Highly recommend for anyone who is from out of town and wants to take a day trip to the island!
Fantastic experience. Picked up right at the hotel we were staying at and had a smooth ride to Cape Cod. Everything was well organized to take the ferry and then catch the bus tour around the island. John was an awesome guide and shared some great perspective that only a local like him would know. We got a great tour of the island and still had time to do some wandering on our own before heading back. Thank you all for the great time!

Driver show on time, we made a safe trip to cape cod and from there a ferry to Martha Vineyard.. when we comeback he was waiting for us and comeback to the hotel
This was really just an Uber ride. They changed our pick up location the night before. The driver was very nice and provided water and snacks. We did not stop at the lighthouse. He drove us to the ferry, provided ferry tickets, and drove us back to Boston.

Our optional highlight stop at the lighthouse in Falmouth is time permitting and depends on traffic and ferry schedules. Fortunately, Martha’s Vineyard has several beautiful lighthouses that guests can enjoy during their time on the island. Regarding your hotel pickup, we occasionally adjust pickup locations the evening before when we have a high number of scheduled stops.
