Description
This experience is hosted by Valentina Yogalates, a yoga and Pilates instructor based in Mijas Costa who specialises in small, personalised sessions by the sea or at your villa. Each class is adapted to the group and combines yoga, Pilates and breathing techniques to help you relax, move freely and restore your energy during your holiday. Practising outdoors, with the sound of the sea and the warm Costa del Sol climate, creates a calm and memorable experience that many travellers say becomes one of the highlights of their trip. Sessions are welcoming, friendly and suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
