Kayak & Snorkel Tour in Cerro Gordo Natural Park, La Herradura

Description
Join our kayak and snorkeling tour for an unforgettable 2.5-hour adventure in the Natural Park “Los Acantilados de Maro-Cerro Gordo”. Departing from our nautical area on La Herradura Beach, we paddle into one of the most beautiful protected coastal areas in Andalucía, famous for its dramatic cliffs, clear waters and rich marine life. With respect for the environment, we may enter the magical Cueva de la Paloma, taking care not to touch or disturb the rocks, plants or wildlife. Along the route, keep an eye out for mountain goats crossing the steep cliffs above the sea. This scenic route, mostly accessible only by water, offers a unique way to discover the natural park. Unlike many tours, we take hygiene seriously: all masks, snorkels, fins, wetsuits and life jackets are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between every use. We’re also the only local tour providing full snorkel gear, including fins, for a more comfortable and complete snorkeling experience.

This was a fun experience and physically challenging. We are glad we did it! Parking was challenging so plan to arrive early.
Very good experience and the staff was exceptional. Everything was very dynamic and the service was excellent. We left very satisfied
Very nice tour with great views. Luke was an extremely nice and fun guide, highly recommend him.
The experience was luxurious. Rowing trip through all the rocky areas that are not visible from the coast, observing the local flora and fauna. The best part was the company of Zaira and Iván, super instructors who rowed as easily as chewing gum 😂 I will repeat very soon, I loved it!
We arrived at the venue only to be told they did not have a tour at the appointed time. The owner said that we must be in the wrong place and we should try another venue. We walked along the beach and asked at the next rental place. It wasn’t them either. We returned to the original one and asked if she’d be able to telephone the venue as our phone wasn’t connecting. She refused and suggested we try another venue further along the beach. We did. This person was very helpful. It wasn’t his venue but he offered to call the venue we were trying to find. You can imagine our surprise when the lady we had spoken to at the first venue answered the phone. It was her booking all along and rather than admit any mistake or cancel before we arrived she sent us on a wild goose chase. Not a good experience.
The kids (18, 16 and 13) and I loved this! Guides were informative and funny, the snorkelling was the highlight as we swam through shoals of fishes, my daughter even spotted an octopus. It was a joy from start to finish.
Highly recommended activity. We spent a very entertaining afternoon as a family. The monitors were very attentive.
Definitely do this. Kids loved it
This was one of the best things I ever did, if you’re in Malaga I totally recommend. There s busses everyday, so it’s easily accessible. Everyone is very friendly and kind, couldn’t thank them more for today🫶
I just wanted to share our experience from today so nobody else has to go through this. One word…AWFUL! Sophie the owner refused to accept that we had a booking with them even though we had the tickets on our phone. She made us walk up and down the beach past her several times denying it was her booking. Please don’t book with her. Scammer.
