Manchester City Centre heritage and sightseeing tour Famous for it’s rich history, industrial heritage, the Madchester music scene, football tradition and now the Miles with Mike Taxi Tour! Tours are a minimum of Two Hours in duration with the option to add on trips to the famous football stadiums of Manchester City and Manchester United, or Media City - home of the BBC and ITV. All tours start and end from a Central Manchester location of your choice. Subject to your own mobility, we vacate the vehicle approximately 6 times during the tour for a short walk to locations and for photo opportunities. If you’d like a shorter or longer experience, a different start or end point, or to add in
Price includes pick up and drop off at any city centre location. Pick up and drop off outside the city centre can be arranged by separate discussion.

A superb tour of Manchester with Mike. He tailored the tour with some things we wanted to see plus we had part of the heritage tour. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable and his taxi was spotlessly clean. It was great value for money. We enjoyed it so much that the next time we’re back we’re going to book again so we can see all the bits we didn’t have time for in the 2.5 hours we spent with Mike

We had not visited Manchester for over 20 years and after seeing Mike’s website and social media posts, I felt compelled to book an extended city tour. This tour was a fantastic way for us to see Manchester with VERY limited time available to us. I had wanted to swing past some old family addresses but thought it wouldn’t work, but he went out of his way to ensure that I got to see the house my Dad was born in… he made my day! Loved, loved, loved our trip around Manchester with Mike. Manchester is my home city but having lived down south for over 20 years I was pleasently surprised to see Manchester on 'being on the up.'. Mike took us around Manchester and gave very interesting commentary along the way. I would highly recommend Mike

What a fantastic experience! Despite having lived in South Manchester for nearly sixty years there was so much on the tour that we never knew existed and Mike's knowledge of the city and its history really brought it all to life. What an absolutely amazing experience, this was a late booking to see what Manchester was all about and to say we were blown away is as an understatement . A big thank you to Mike for being him and such a down to earth host / city guide nothing was to much bother anything you wanted to do was not a problem and at the end of the tour we couldn’t believe 4 and a half hours had past that’s how much we enjoyed Mikes tour of Manchester would highly recommend Mikes tour and have already got friends and family looking to book up , keep being you and keep doing what you do Mike many thanks for making Wendy’s birthday with such a great tour of Manchester and Greater Manchester Paul and Wendy
