Did this activity with my 5 year old daughter and it was perfect for her age. Short, easy to do, and a beautiful result. I wish there was more background knowledge given during the activity.

The cultural center is inside the mall. It is very small and other than your class it really only offers a few cultural outfits. The class is very short. The class leader is sweet, and talks about the kukui nut and its significance.

Our classes generally last an hour (or more) and guests are welcome to explore our museum’s 3 galleries featuring 20+ costume exhibits that present the history of Hawaiʻi’s diverse cultures without the institutional dryness.
