Characters were so cool and there was lots to see

The Wax Museum is located in the center of Madrid, in what is called the "golden mile of museums", since nearby is placed the Archeological Museum, and following the Paseo del Prado, we find the Prado Museum, the Thyssen Museum or Reina Sofia Museum. Come and visit us with your whole family, the Museum is the perfect entertainment place for children and adults of all ages. You could find more than 450 figures representing some of the best of the sciences, sports, arts, politics, cinema, literature, history or horror. Since its opening in 1972, more than fifteen million of people have come to visit the Wax Museum in Madrid.

In around 1 hour and a half, you could enjoy a fun tour through our galleries, making selfies with Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Leonardo Di Caprio, Cristiano Ronaldo, Pele, Marilyn Monroe, Donald Trump and Melania, Gandhi, Angelina Jolie or Michael Jackson, among many other national and international, historic and contemporary figures. The Madrid Wax Museum would like the visitor to experience the time were the sculptures lived, so it created a mixture of set designs, sounds and costumes to make it a more immersive experience. For example, the visit starts in the "Gallery of the Kings", a historic walk into the Spanish history, along the rooms of the ancient Rome, Alhambra, or the Royal Palace in Aranjuez. The ticket includes as well the visit of three more attractions in the Museum: "The Terror Train" (a robotized train for kids and adults).

Characters were so cool and there was lots to see
You should always visit this museum if you come to Madrid. It is true that you miss some figures, but the selection of those that are there is correct.
We liked the museum a lot, Macarena accompanied us and was the best part, very attentive and explaining every detail of the museum. I congratulate you on your work!!!
very disappointing and uninteresting visit; I do not recommend it; it is a waste of time.
Very careful, I missed figures because they would be restored, which I understand, but they still seemed insufficient, the best? MACARENA the museum girl who made the visit super enjoyable telling us the stories of each character and making us see details that alone we had not seen or learned, with her the experience rose level.
For children it's fine, although there are old characters they don't know, actors above all. I find it expensive for what it is. The visit is done in an hour. I was expecting something else.
Just like many other wax museums, some are clearly wax and some freak you out because they look so real (like, so real, I didn't want to turn my back to them). Not a huge place, so not sure the entry fee is really worth it, but something to do for a bit.
We had a guided tour with Lucia, a wonderful success by the Museum, it is not the same with Guide for anything, it is the 6 time I go and is THE BEST BY FAR. The theme of Terror also Great!!!
This is a great place to grab some air con in the hot Madrid summer. At first we were a little disappointed with the first small area of the museum which appeared to be all Spanish rulers through the ages. After that it got a lot better the horror bit was a real highlight. Varying quality of wax figures. This is short though probably an hour max!
The museum is very interesting. It takes a tour of all historical eras and has very important characters from history. I only have one negative aspect and that is the recent appearance of people who do not explain to me why they are represented there, since they do not have the least relevance to the story. This is the case of Cristina Pedroche and her husband David Munoz, and the supposed singer Omar Montes. To top it off, these people have striking spaces and a remarkable place inside the museum, and someone as big as Lina Morgan, is in a little corner next to Pocoyo. These things make me very doubtful about the management of the museum.
