Run by a mother and daughter, it serves a family recipe built on three chilies and 20 spices. Enjoy birria and tequila as you hear how new arrivals and independent businesses are changing what it means to eat in Malasaña.
No food tour in Madrid would be complete without croquetas. Our choice for this tastins is a former staterun tobacco shop whose original counter and cabinetry remain in place.
