Purchase a palace tour through the official palace website. Don't use Trip Advisor
This ticket I received when I booked through Trip Advisor was not valid. I saved the pass with the bar code, downloaded the email with the ticket, tried to call the number on the ticket, sent an email to try and fix the issue. Nothing worked. I had to get in the back of the line and purchase another ticket. And the ticket I paid for was overpriced, it was less expensive at the gate. I won't purchase anything through Trip Advisor or its partners again. The palace tour itself was wonderful. Buying a ticket that did not work was a very bad experience.
