Kyle really looked out for me and my family while we were in Jamaica. It actually started before I ever booked anything with him. I posted in the group because I needed a battery and couldn’t find one. Kyle found one for me and brought it all the way to my hotel. He didn’t have to do that, especially since I wasn’t even a customer yet. After that, I used him to take my family to the Luminous Lagoon. I had already shopped around and talked to a few different people, and his price was the best by far. If you’ve been to Jamaica, you already know how those tourist prices can be. He was cool, dependable, and took care of us. That battery situation really stuck with me because he helped me out before there was even any money involved. When we come back to Jamaica, I already know who I’m calling.

This is a once in a lifetime experience to see this natural phenomenon of the luminous lagoon. Once you've booked, you will be picked up from your hotel, AirBNB, Guesthouse are where ever you are staying within the Montego Bay area on a 35 minute drive [depending on which hotel you are staying] to the Location where you will be welcome by your host Dennis upon arrival, who will offer you a complimentary drink, a choice of unique blended Jamaican rum punch, or a bottle of naturel spring water before you board the boat, for a short ride out in the lagoon. As the night get darker, the water naturally lights up when you jump in or play with it, don't miss the opportunity to jump in. you will be in the water for roughly 30 minutes, where you will have a chance to swim around in that magical glistening water. make sure you have your swim suit and towel and dry clothes. Its Important to note that this is a natural attraction, so it may not glow has bright if the moon is full or if rains.

Wear water shoes. You can touch the mud. With water shoes it’s bad. Was one of the most exciting things I have done.

Our driver Errol was lovely.The trip was amazing! From start to finish, the driver on the boat also was brilliant. Had a little rum punch before we set off. The whole night was brilliant.

I did not get to go on the excursion because the tour driver showed up at 7:15 instead of 6 pm like the ticket said. When he got there a hour and fifteen minutes late, it was raining and to late for us to go. I'm very aggravated about this and think I deserve a refund.

Now, for every guest we always email or call your contact number provided, we did the same for you, there's a email contact provided by viator for us to communicate, I sent you an email for you to frist confirm that you're at the hotel you mentioned, then we give you your pickup time. Because all hotels are not in the same location, this communication is important. It as to be dark for this tour to take place and the hotel you were was only 8 minutes from the location, and at this time of year it gets dark at around 7.20pm, it would make no sense picking you up at 6.pm, the driver was there as the email said to pick you up at 7pm, when you finally answered, it was at 7.10pm, still early for you to do the tour, but you decided not to do the tour. There was another family there that was picked up from the same hotel you were at the same time and they were still early for the tour.

It was beautiful to see and experience, this also was a fast trip and you really have to move to get luminous going we were done in 10 min. Maybe would have been better in a group.
